Disappointed

Location was perfect for the event I was attending. I liked the security system

When we arrived and opened the door our room smelled of cigarette smoke and we were unable to open the windows. There were no curtains on the windows either so we were woken very early as the sun came up. The bed wasn’t very clean, nor was the shower. There was very little toilet role available which was unexpected for the price of the stay.

Cheap and cheerful, does the job if you need somewhere to rest your head.

Free wifi and comfy beds with lots of pillows and blanket incase cold.

Property could have been a little warmer. But its a place for me to sleep for work the next day so I curled up in bed and was fine.

Very Noisy couldn't sleep at all.

Nothing.

Everything, especially staff at the bar downstairs the music is too loud and had to tell them to turn it down. Not suitable for families.

Was ok but wouldn’t stay again

The Bluetooth unlocking on the front door

Not clean. No blind/curtains. Shared fridge was full of mouldy food. Full rubbish bags shoved under the sink. Dirtys work tops. No loo roll. Noise till early hours of the morning from the pub across the road ( wasn’t the hotels fault as they can’t be held accountable for them ).

Parking was a bit dangerous and unsafe for cars. But, at least there was parking facilities

Noise from pub across the road. No sound proof windows. Shower was either freezing or scolding hot.

Will never book another property with you as it cost me twice, even the lock smith who are situated next door tried, never again

cheap and cheerful

Staff are great, I had an issue getting in turned out to be my own fault, but even though it was late at night they came out to help me. Bed was clean and comfortable, wifi reached the attic room too.

Velux windows didn't have blinds so I woke up early, thankfully I always travel with a mask as you never know what you're going to get. Also one of them couldn't be fully closed, not a problem as weather wise slightly open was perfect, but could be bad in the winter. One of the bedside lights didn't work as it needed an extension cable to reach the plug. There was no mirror in the bathroom for shaving, thankfully there was a mirror in the bedroom that I moved in. The towels didn't smell freshly washed, I could be wrong but it put me off using them.

The price is right for the accommodation and the location is faultless. Restaurants nearby.

The bed was comfortable. The bedroom and shared lounge was was clean and tidy. The decor is modern.

The bathroom window does not shut. This meant the bathroom was too cold for us to use the shower or wash. The bathroom heater didn’t work. The bathroom window is not opaque enough, there’s too much visibility through the window, this put me off showering even if I could’ve due to the lack of heat. The room is next to a loud pub.

Good

Lovely clean tidy modern place the bed was very comfortable,but we was very disappointed that we had to have a cold shower.and the bar next door was noisey on Saturday evening far too loud.
