Отсутствие питьевой воды в номере. Шумоизоляция. Подушки очень жёсткие и высокие (конечно на любителя)

Приємне здивування.

Дуже затишний ,чистий отель, гарний вид на море, зручний паркінг, дуже привітний та уважний персонал готелю. Сніданок не великий, але все свіже і смачне. Ціна адекватна, якість приємно сдивувала. Якщо будемо в Варні ще раз, забронюємо цей готель.

Pequeño gran hotel

La ubicación, la amplitud de la habitación, las vistas...

Por poner un defecto, el parking es pequeño y se llena rápido... Pero hay opciones enfrente o un poco más abajo... De resto todo muy bien.

Buen sitio, un poco alejado

Sitio limpio, cómodo y agradable.

Falta fruta en el desayuno y se necesita coche si o si para moverse.

De vloerbedekking op onze kamer ( niet alle kamers) en wat verouderde meubels.

Всичко беше на ниво. Съотношение цена-качество. Закуската беше на шведска маса, като се има предвид, че още е зимен сезон беше ок. Банята е хубава.

Имаше малки пукнатини по мазилката на стените в стаята, които не е лошо да се отремонтират преди настоящия летен сезон.

family friendly, with excellent stuff. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, the breakfast and the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel provided a crib for the baby und changed sheets and towels every day.

the interior of the rooms could be better and is in need of renovation. however, the price reflected this.

Very nice, would have been better with some plates and cutlery etc

The room was lovely and the pool very nice.

We had no cutlery or plates or bowls in our room, just 2 glasses and one mug. Nothing else.

pleases the welcoming staff, especially the guy who told us everything.

terrible pillows, neck hurts, loud ventilation, hard mattresses. breakfasts are very bad, sausages are the cheapest. it is a pity that the owners of the hotel save on good pillows and food.

Huge rooms. Excellent shower. Comfortable, very large bed. Lovely swimming pool. Very helpful staff.

Located just off a motorway. Rooms are basic for the price, no air conditioning or coffee/tea facilities. Sea view is very restricted over rooftops.

Friendliness of staff lost out to early winterising of property.

Close location to beach and park. Well kept public spaces around pool and sun areas.

Air conditioning was switched to some winter programme during the stay which effectively removed the air conditioning. This resulted in unbearably warm sleeping conditions. Staff advised that the only way to cool the room was to open the balcony door - on a shared balcony?? - which , for some comfort, we were forced to do Obtained a fan later in the stay and this did help to a degree. The hotel began closing things down towards the end of the stay, removing all the sun-beds and cushions - effectively ending any sun-bathing desire. Staff availability was also reduced towards the end of the stay- removing the evening bar service. Carpeting in room would have benefitted from cleaning/upgrading

The staff was exceptionally dedicated to making us feel pleasant and certainly passionate about what they do. Tasty breakfasts with locally baked pastries. The room weas comfortable and nicely furnished. The hotel is located right next to a beautiful park - a great place for long pleasant walks.

Good for a night's stay

- The room was very clean and spacious - The bathroom was very nice - The breakfast - though not very diverse - was fresh and delicious - Nice outdoors area - The room had a balcony (although shared with the room next door)

- The shared balcony - I always consider this to be a safety hazard - No mosquito net on the balcony door - The bathroom (although pretty and modern) was not very functional - The door was hard and noisy to open and close and there were no shelves to put your toiletries on around the sink and shower - I personally didn't find the bed super comfortable (though it wasn't particularly uncomfortable either - I guess it's down to personal preference) and there was no power outlet to charge my phone next to it

A wonderful experience

The staff were extremely kind and accommodating! I loved how comfortable the bed was, the views were stunning from the balcony and the hotel is very close to the beach. The room was also much bigger than expected. I would definitely stay there again

The Hotel is amazing! Quiet, silence, good people, very clean, nice and a beautiful garden. – The staff is very kind and willing to help you, especially Valeria and her collegue from the reception with any request. The breakfast was good, not so varied but fresh, they can improve with yoghurt, a good ham and more fruits. The room is really large, and clean.. The beach is located in 8 minutes from hotel. Also there is a great parking near the hotel, there are 3 or 4 minutes opposite to the Parmy restaurant. And is free, without money There is a ATM in the immediate vicinity and supermarket Parmy The beach is beautiful, has no sunbeds and umbrellas. Overall it was nice. Thank you Alekta Hotel, for sure I'll coming back.
