The huge thirty-foot oceanfront balcony is equipped with comfortable chairs and loungers, allowing you to enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air and the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean.
This condominium building is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular lap pool and a viewing tower overlooking the ocean. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes the Cinnamon Grille, an excellent fitness facility, a family pool with a spray ground, kiddie pool, a teen center with Foosball and air hockey, and an entertainment room with a billiards table, all with views of the freshwater lake.
And, of course the beach! Two-and-a-half miles of secluded, semi-private beach literally ten steps from your door. Clean, quiet and undeveloped: You can walk the beach for hours, or grab your boogie board and head out into the waves.

The Neighborhood:
From the historical city of St. Augustine, to Flagler Beach, and everything in-between: Palm Coast has it all.
Located in an undeveloped part of Florida's Atlantic Coast, you'll never want to leave.
St. Augustine
St. Augustine’s rich heritage makes the city and its surroundings a unique getaway for visitors. Founded in September 1565 by Don Pedro Menendez de Aviles of Spain, St. Augustine is the longest continually inhabited European-founded city in the United States – more commonly called the "Nation’s Oldest City." Visit St. Augustine and dive into more than four centuries of history that owes much to the Spanish and English, to Greeks and Native Americans and African Americans. Stroll the narrow lanes, enter the many museums, visit landmarks such as Castillo de San Marcos, Ponce de Leon's "Fountain of Youth," and the Oldest Wooden Schoolhouse. St. Augustine – a place for history buffs and everyone else.
Flagler Beach
Located along Florida’s Atlantic Coast between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine, cozy Flagler Beach offers miles of sparkling beaches, bountiful fishing, beachside shops, waterfront restaurants, and natural parks and other wonders. It’s a retro town with salty style. Friendly residents and open-air restaurants set the stage for a laid-back afternoon. Enjoy eclectic shops, surfing, a classic fishing pier and a six-mile-plus stretch of spectacular ocean views – with free access to the beach. Gaze at the ocean from rooftop cafes while listening to the music of local musicians. The natural island environment is still a secret to many, but once you put your feet in the sand of Flagler Beach, you’ll feel like a native.
The Intracoastal Waterway
The Intracoastal Waterway is a 3,000-mile long waterway along the Atlantic and Gulf coasts of the United States. It consists of natural inlets, lagoons, bays, sounds and artificial canals. It provides a navigable route along its length for barges, ships, and recreational vessels, helping them avoid many of the hazards of travel on the open sea. Construction began in 1826, and developments and changes have been made as recently as the late 20th century.
You can walk to the Intracoastal from our condominium: It provides great opportunities for fishing, boating and even manatee watching.
Golf galore...
With six area golf courses and the close proximity to the World Golf Village in St Augustine and the TPC at Ponte Vedra, this is truly a golfer's paradise. Add the beautiful cinnamon-colored beach and stunning pools and you have the perfect family vacation location.

We could not have had a nicer stay! Everything was easy, from making the reservation to the check out. The owner was very responsive and answered our questions right away. The unit was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The furniture was comfortable and seemed like it was new. The views and sounds of the surf from the balcony were fantastic - we spent most of the time out there. And Cinnamon Beach? You can't beat the location with the 2 pools, fitness center, and beach. We went to Publix once but otherwise just stayed right there on the property - no reason to leave.
We've stayed at other places locally - Tidelands, Yacht Harbor, Canopy Walk - this place tops them all and this unit in particular is top of the line. Looking forward to a return visit!

This property was the perfect getaway for me, my spouse, and another couple. From easy parking on the bottom level, the generous floor plan, to the spacious balcony with awesome views, we would for sure stay here again. We had absolutely zero issues! The owner checked in by texting several times during our stay--we appreciated that personal touch.

This condo was in pristine condition. The ocean view from the balcony is prefect and the balcony table/chairs/Lounge chairs were great. The unit is very clean, updated, and everything was in perfect working order. A+++

We VBRO a fair amount and I must say, this place topped the list. Beautifully appointed, gorgeous views, easy access.

We had been to these condo's before, just the first time at this particular one. We definitely like it, as well furnished and was not lacking in anything we needed. We like the two recliners on the covered patio as that is one of the first things we look at in VRBO is the patio furniture. We spend a lot of time out there and if only one chaise lounge, we pass on it & look for something else. There is also a very nice outdoor dining set for six. In October, you get a beautiful sunrise and by noon or so, the sun is high enough for the patio to be completely in the shade. Internet was fast too at 190Mbps down & 12 Mbps up. It's important to us as we need to work and require a good stable connection. Everything was great from the kitchen utensils, to comfortable living room furniture. We can't think of anything that was lacking in comfort or not working. The owner was very attentive too through the entire process.

We enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Beach to celebrate our 29th anniversary.! From the VRBO search experience to the property description accuracy, cleanliness and awesome view as well as ease of check-in and check-out, everything was wonderful.!
We are looking forward to visiting Cinnamon Beach in the near future!
Thank you VRBO & Bennett Family for a memorable experience

Everything was great with condo and the beach was beautiful. The only drawback that I had was the walk to pool.

Palm coast and Cinnamon beach is stunning with all the trees and beautiful landscape. We loved riding bikes, going to the beack and pool, golfing nearby, delicious local restaurants. The condo is perfect! Spacious, super comfy beds, everything you need on the kitchen, gorgeous view and spacious patio. Parking was a breeze. Great facilities in the workout room. What a beautiful place!!!

Our stay at Cinnamon Beach was absolutely terrific. The location of the property was conveniently near to all of the amenities that the neighborhood offered
The condominium offers plenty of space, was pristine upon our arrival and was well stocked in all aspects: bedding, linens and kitchen utensils. The views from the balcony need to be experienced in person!
Cinnamon Beach is beautiful - perfect for all water sports or just relaxing. The pools on the property are also very nice, convenient and well kept. The exercise facility on property is very well equipped and maintained.
We'd endorse this 100% - especially all of very prompt and friendly communication and coordination with our hosts.

John and Elizabeth, we had a wonderful time last week and your condos made relaxing easy. The units were very clean had everything we needed. I love the added security of a gated community. This was the easiest experience of renting a condo at Cinnamon Beach.
Thanks!

The condo was wonderful! The view was spectacular and the private beach was unbelievably private. If you want to go away for rest and relaxation, this is the place for you. The condo was very clean and extremely well-equipped. I enjoy cooking and did not need for anything to prepare meals. There is also Publix grocery store very close. They even supply beach items such as towels, bags, chairs, umbrella, and boogie board, which was used by our children. If you get ancy and want something to do, St. Augustine is just about 30-40 minutes away. There is also wonderful outlet shopping about 40-50 minutes away. This vacation was just what our family needed. Thank you for our Home-Away-From-Home.

The condo was wonderful and a perfect view of the ocean. The outdoor space is what attracted us to this place. The owners have put a lot of thought into every detail to make it truly a home away from home. Easy access to the beach. Just a short trip to St. Augustine and so many beautiful walkways and parks nearby. Loved it!

This is simply a wonderful, lovely and fantastic rental property. The condo has everything you could need, is better than pictured and the view is phenomenal. The condo complex is quiet and beautiful. All this adds up to a completely relaxing vacation.
And what makes this experience even better (if that's possible) is the extraordinary care, attention and response from owners John & Elizabeth. Throughout the entire process, they answered every question within minutes; provided invaulable information about the condo, the amenities and the Palm Coast area. They are wonderful hosts.
Thank you for a lovely vacation experience and hope to visit again next year.
Best always,
Chris & Scott

As soon as you enter the front door and immediately see the ocean view and the spacious kitchen and living space, you know you are in for a treat. What you see in the property photos is what you get - which is excellent. Amenities within the condo were totally complete. Beach, pool and parking was uncrowded and everyone we met were all very pleasant and friendly. Owner communications were very timely, informative and comprehensive. All questions were either answered before we arrived or contained within the information guide provided (only recommendation would be the addition of info regarding purchasing package liquor - i.e., buy before crossing the bridge, otherwise you need to drive into St Augustine). Site security was excellent, courteous and efficient at the entry gate. We stayed for a week in August (2016) overall excellent weather - just one afternoon of rain , but the ocean view from the large balcony provided pleasant and scenic "entertainment" and made for a nice change of pace. We don't have Publix food stores in Michigan, but if all of them are as friendly and accommodating as the one just down the road from the condo, they are to be complemented. Bottom Line recommendation : If you want first class, upscale accommodations away from traffic and beach congestion - this is the place. We will return if the opportunity presents itself.

Our family spent the first two weeks of August at this beautiful condo. This was our second time here - we spent two weeks here last summer as well. The view from the balcony is breathtaking - whether you are watching the sunrise, relaxing after a day on the beach or just looking for dolphins. The condo is well maintained and very clean. It has everything you need and more. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 plus visitors. This year my sister and her family rented John and Elizabeth's other condo which is a floor below this one - the kids had a great time bouncing between the condos. The beach is amazing. There are also two pools you can relax at as well. If you want a truly relaxing vacation, this is the place. John is a pleasure to work - he is prompt in his responses and does everything to make sure your stay is wonderful. We will definitely return again in the future!
