Muy buen hotel con algunas debilidades

La pieza estaba muy bien en todos sus aspectos: equipamiento, funcionalidad, limpieza y mantenimiento. Atendieron nuestro pedido, pieza con balcón y cercana a ascensor.

El desayuno tenía poca variedad de productos y con una calidad cuestionable. Se sugiere más variedad de fruta, panes, quesos, yogur, más productos elaboración propia o tipo casero.

Hotel grande con habitaciones amplias

Hotel muy grande, casi una manzana con 6 plantas y largos pasillos, aunque en Octubre está tranquilo, no se espera mucho en los ascensores y decorado navideño. Tiene habitaciones comunicadas, útil si se viaja en familia. La sauna gratuita abre de 18 a 21h y tiene una para hombres y otra para mujeres con un vestuario previo y duchas comunes. En el desayuno además de lo habitual se puede probar el pan de arándanos (esponjoso y un poco dulzón), mezclas de salsa con salmón...o con setas...o con gambas...o paté de salchicha para comer en plan tosta. Un revuelto con albóndigas muy rico. Y lo mejor, dos gofreras para hacerte tus propios waffles, pero la nocilla se termina rápido! Las habitaciones están bien diseñadas para viajes dado que son amplias, con mucho sitio para los abrigos y descalzarse a la entrada, decoración moderna y baño con mucho sitio para las cosas de aseo y calentador de toallas.

Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja monipuolinen, ruoka-aine allergiat oli huomioitu erinomaisesti.

Parkkipaikka oli ulkona heikko tasoinen eikä vastaa hotellin tasoa. Toisaalta parkkihalli löytyi mutta melko kalliilla hinnalla.

OK with a high price.

City Center. Walking distance to railway station. Also in winter you can walk around, in nature, even to Santa Claus village.

The sauna was too cold. Breakfast not so impressive.

The location and view from the room, the setup with the balcony is nice.

The absolutely worst experience I've ever had staying at a hotel: - The bathtub in the room was leaking water everywhere - The heating in the room didn't work, no possible service and we were given a portable radiator instead which was not very good and loud. Keep in mind this is in Finland where it's -17C outside. - The key cards for doors and elevators didn't work and required multiple trips to the reception - The sauna is open for a very short time, and even then the doors were locked and we couldn't enter - The room service barged into the room without even knocking or announcing themselves - Since it was New Year's Eve, they jacked the prices as well and we payed 320€ for all of this.

Superb

We were upgraded to second biggest room in the hotel which was fantastic and super good size for our family of 4. The room was very nicely decorated and very clean. The location is superb! It is walking distance to many restaurants and mini shopping malls. The hotel personnel is really kind.

The breakfast could have been a bit better quality. Especially the fried potatoes were too greasy and smelled like not fresh oil is used. Other than that, everything was very nice.

I'm giving this hotel a top review for several reasons...

I'm giving this hotel a top review for several reasons...the airline lost our luggage and one of the women at the front desk (I think her name is Verra (sorry if I got it wrong!) actually called her husband at home to go pick up our luggage (we didn't have a car) and bring it to the hotel!!!! I find that EXCEPTIONAL service as well as care and compassion on the part of the staff. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The location of this hotel is perfect...near the city center, great restaurants...walkable to everything and easy to walk to the places that offer excursions in Rovaniemi.

The breakfast was mediocre...if the hotel upgraded the breakfast this would definitely be the perfect place to stay in Rovaniemi.

Perfect location, but that’s it

The location is really central and it is easy to reach any of the interest points. The room dimension was ok. It is next to bus stations, so it is always easy to go from there to Santa Claus village.

The cleanliness is not the strong point of the hotel. The room was not heated properly and the air con was blowing you away. It was definitely not worth the 140 eur that I paid per night. On Sundy when I wanted to eat lunch, their restaurants were not open. The bed headboard was filthy… the couch as well. I would not stay there again.

overpriced basic hotel

the location is excellent

the rooms are very basic and poor design , the mattress and pillow are not comfortable, no lotion, the sope/shampoo combination on the wall feels cheep, no robes, no slippers. the breakfast needs to upgrade

One of the male hotel receptionists was very rude I asked him a question and he replied that he is alone and very busy and must finish all the work before 6 am .. embarrassed me and hearted my feeling honestly
