Welcome to Pier 13 Cangrejos on the Canal – your perfect Island getaway! This one-of-a-kind, 3-bedroom townhome features a spacious, coastal-inspired design with a bright, open layout. The living area offers a cozy sectional, large TV, and a serene reading nook with stunning canal views. The kitchen shines with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and ample storage, while the dining area seats four, plus a breakfast bar for two. The first-floor master bedroom boasts a king bed and private bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third offers full-size bunks with a twin trundle. Both share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Relax and enjoy the views from two private balconies overlooking the canal. Perfect for a peaceful extended retreat on the Island!

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
-PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/WEIGHT RESTRICTION 45LBS OR LESS.
-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).
-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).
