We loved this unique property in downtown Utica, clean comfortable and wonderfully restored historic loft space. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches even down to the fluffy towels. Sweet treat coupons left by host were appreciated. Highly recommend this property and would stay again, this is a gem!

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend at the Suite Frances. The location couldn't have been better; we loved its proximity to Starved Rock and Matthiessen State Park. The street has several restaurants, bars, a brewery, and a cute cafe. I highly recommend the property; it's incredibly clean, updated, and the windows are amazing. We look forward to returning!

Such a beautiful pad to call home for a stint. Excellently constructed and designed one-bedroom loft; perfect. In the heart of Utica, great proximity to parks, trails, eats, etc. The Illinois Valley, an extraordinary place. History abounds. The I&M Canal trail makes for an awesome ride. We met the author of The Starved Rock Murders, Steve Stout, on the Sainte Genevieve. He said to say hi!
