Property looks just like the photos and had plenty of room for our family of ten. Walking distance to the beach. Make sure to check out the garage before heading to the store, there were plenty of coolers, chairs and some beach toys. The owner was very communicative and answered all our questions promptly. We would stay there again.

The home was exactly as listed. Very comfortable and clean. Although not walking distance to the beach with young kiddos it is conveniently located directly across the highway and parking was simply and easy. We had one small issue and the owner was responsive and made great efforts to make sure we were satisfied. He suggested amazing restaurants and nearby attractions. It was the perfect week at the beach in a lovely home with awesome friends. Oh an added bonus was being able to charge our EV while parked in the garage! Excellent property and we will be staying here again!

Great location close to the beach and local restaurants. The house was in a quiet area with ample space for our family of 11. There was 8 beach chairs, beach toys, and an umbrella available for our use. We couldn't use the umbrella as it was broken, so that may need to be replaced. Peter was an excellent host, offering suggestions for things to do and places to eat nearby. If you like sleeping with a fan, I suggest bringing your own as there are no ceiling fans and the fans provided do not work well. Otherwise, the rooms were really nice and the house was very beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Our family of 11 came for a vacation and had a very enjoyable stay. The host, Peter, was great and very communicative. He offered multiple suggestions for restaurants and things to do nearby. The house was very close to the beach and nearby restaurants, which was very convenient. There was 8 beach chairs, towels, beach toys, and an umbrella at the house. We were unable to use the umbrella as it was broken, however. Overall the house was very clean and had plenty of room for our family. I will note that the cleaning crew should replace mattress pads as there was urine and blood stains on them in some of the rooms. Also, handsoap containers were filled with water instead of being replaced, so we ended up buying our own soap. If you like sleeping with a fan, I recommend bringing your own as there are no ceiling fans and the ones provided do not work very well. Overall we had a really great stay and would definitely return.

This experience is a must. It is in a quite neighborhood which was perfect for our family. Everything we possibly needed, was provided. There are plenty of beds and space to host a large family. We enjoyed how close we were to seaside, the shore and Publix. The backyard was gated for privacy and we used the grill to cook out. Peter is a great communicated and gave us tips on what to do in the area. I had a blast and look forward to booking away here.

This house is beautifully decorated and in a great location! There was a ton of room for all three families - a group of four, two, and six. The kitchen was well-stocked, and they provided umbrellas, towels, cart, etc for the beach. Loved having a washer and dryer, as well as a grill. Peter was a great host and communicated with me the whole time. I can’t say enough nice things. Please don’t hesitate to rent this house! It really is as perfect as it seems!

The home was absolutely beautiful and so spacious. We had 10 people in our group and had plenty of room and privacy. The home comes with beach accessories (beach chairs, towels, etc.) and the rooms were filled with comfortable sheets, plush towels, extra toiletries and everything we needed. The host, Peter, was so helpful, communicative and friendly, and provided a ton of great recommendations for us. The property is in a great location and is a quick ride or walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops around there. Would definitely recommend!

The house is pretty new and there is plenty of room to spread out. It could easily accommodate a very large family. The beach is a short drive away and there seemed to be enough beach parking to handle the summer crowd. We enjoyed having the tent and chairs to take with us. We found great restuarants nearyby. We will be back.

This house was beautiful and perfect for our beach vacation. It was pretty, nicely decorated, and had everything that we needed. The property owner was very nice and helpful. The neighborhood is very cute and will be very nice once it is fully finished and has a pool. This house could not have been more perfect for a three family beach vacation!

Great location and an even better house! We came with a big group of friends for my wedding and had a wonderful time. The house is within 2 miles of the pearl and the beaches, makes an easy commute to wonderful restaurants and beaches! The house is large and has plenty of room, with a great layout! And even better was our host, Peter treated us like family and fulfilled every request we had, he was in constant contact and easy to reach. He even treated my wife and I to dinner one night. Would highly recommend giving it a stay!
