Fantastic place to stay right in the heart of North Mission Beach. Better Buzz Coffee is across the street and Guava Beach Bar and Grill is next door. Despite being only one house of the street, the place is surprisingly quiet. Everything was as listed and easy to use. A few things just to be aware of that don't diminish from the experience at all. Either the the traffic or the wind kind of shake the house especially the top floor from time to time. We thought it was an earthquake the first time it happened! Not a big deal at all and after awhile you don't notice it. The bathrooms are all through the bedrooms so there isn't a communal one on the main floor. We would either go upstairs or downstairs to use our own. The first and second floor bedrooms can get a little warm. The A/C is in the main area on the second floor. 3rd floor stays cool. We were a family of 4 and my wife and I slept on the 3rd floor and each of our boys had a room to themselves. Overall we loved the place and would definitely stay again. Super comfortable, clean, and right off the beach!

The location was perfect for beaching & sightseeing. Each floor with a bed & bath allowed for privacy, the main floor living area allowed for plenty of space for togetherness. Kitchen is great for cooking, thoughtfully stocked. Double garage. The lower level bed & bath doesn't have HVAC which we weren't aware of, but worked out ok. The upstairs bed & bath is incredibly spacious & the rooftop area is very nice with a view to the ocean.

Can't say enough about property , it was just as listed online . Home was very roomy for my 6 family adults. I loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. Living room had a big sectional that was more than enough room to sit and watch a movie.We ate dinner out on the 3 floor balcony weather was beautiful! Kitchen had everything you would want and need for your stay. We played games every night at the huge Kitchen table . We can't wait to stay again! Thank you for an awesome weekend!

Very nice house. Comfortable for our family. Loved the decor. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. There was no coffee, just the maker. Also please note that boogie boards need replacing as they fell apart when we used them. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

The home we stayed at was very comfortable and clean. I slept like a baby in the nice beds with a great mattress and blankets. I was very appreciative the kitchen had lots of dishes and cooking equipment. We were pleasantly surprised to have good quality bath essentials like shampoo and body wash.

We stay in mission every year for the Fourth of July, this home was great for our stay! Comfy beds, decent size garage, and has pretty much everything you need.
Appliances: blender, crockpots, toaster, coffee maker etc.
Kitchen utensils: pots, pans, knifes, bowls, measuring cups and more
Beach stuff: beach chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella etc
Could have brought a lot less with us had we known the house had it! The property management company was also very helpful and readily available. Would stay here again!

This townhouse is great! The rooms are all nice sized, each bedroom with its own bathroom. The rooftop patio is lovely with good quality patio furniture. We wish we would have had more sunny days, we were stuck with June gloom. The neighborhood is great and we found good food and coffee places right across the street at La Perlita, Juice Wave and Better Buzz coffee. This was a great home base for our first time visiting San Diego! Would definitely rent again.

We Just had the best stay at Mission Beach. The home was very clean, very comfortable and it had everything we needed. We particularly liked hanging out if the rooftop for happy hour. We could also walk to the restaurants/bars/coffee shops/beach with such convenience.

Everything was promised, well stocked kitchen, towels, toys, beach chairs. Our only complaint was the large upstairs balcony sliding screen door doesn’t slide well. It was a real pain! Other then that we were pleasantly pleased.

Walking distance to the beach. Very clean and welcoming. We had 6 guests and had plenty of towels, pillows etc for a 4 night stay. The rooftop patio is lovely to drink your coffee on in the morning while listening to the waves. We didn't even realize until we left that they had sand toys and a boogie board in the garage as well! They also provided a ton of beach towels. Would definitely stay here again.

We were looking for accommodation for 4 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. This property was ideally suited and equipped to meet our expectations for the week. Location, distance to the beach, well stocked kitchen, spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. Even the garage had a great supply of beach utensils (Chairs, umbrella, toys, etc.). All in excellent shape and condition. Overall, great experience. One recommendation: We broke two glasses unloading the dishwasher because the basket stop was broken. Should be fixed to prevent further damage. We will be back!

Great location less than 50 yards from beach, but remarkably quiet at night. Well equipped kitchen made it easy to eat in for breakfast before heading out. Garage is a huge bonus as street parking was tough.

This was our 4th rental and def the best one! First one we were able to use the garage and fit 2mid size cars. That was a super bonus!!! No complaints whatsoever! This place was perfect. Furnishings were comfy and beds were great! If I had one recommendation it would be more towels so we didn't have to do laundry so often. Will back next year!!!

We stayed in this property over Labor Day Weekend and had a great time. It's location was perfect. Only about 100 steps to the beach and very close to tourist places like Sea World. Even though we planned several excursions away from the house, it was always nice to be able to come back and even with only an hour or so of free time, my kids always saw there way down to the beach because it was so close. There's a bathroom on every floor and plenty of beds for sleeping. There were beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage for our use as well.

You couldn't ask for a more cleanly kept, spacious or contemporary accommodation for a beach stay in San Diego. In addition to the splendid house, the location doesn't get any better! You could be young with a penchant to party, a family with kids or a mixed party with a little bit of both and you'd have more than enough, close by, to keep you busy. It's just around the corner from a sweet spot on the beach and cruising around on bikes, lounging at the beach or checking out the local attractions is all an easy add to the itinerary. I managed to get around mostly by bike the last time I stayed here, which was an ideal way to enjoy the San Diego beach community.
When it comes to the actual house, each time I stay I'm more impressed by it's condition. The amount of care and upgrades that have been added make this the most comfortable and utilitarian rental house I stay in all year. You can vacation here with multiple people at different stages in life (teenagers, single friends, families with young children, older couples) and enjoy this unit together due to the separate floors and segmented, comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen is efficient and fully stocked, which makes most types of cooking a breeze. I also love the upstairs deck, which provides the perfect venue for a homecooked meal either at the start or end of a busy day sightseeing. It also feels safe and secure, which I appreciate.

The views from the deck are stunning and the house is perfectly situated for walking along the beach, to many restaurants and cafes, but also quiet to enjoy the peaceful ocean breeze. A great way to enjoy a vacation and feel like you're really in a home away from home. Highly recommended!

This beach house is definitely located in the right spot! Far enough away from the congestion and close enough to all the action. Literally steps away from the beach/bay, amusement park for families, cute beach shops/boutiques for shopping, and the café across the street is really yummy and the service is great! I loved this unit because it had everything we needed, lots of privacy with the 3 floors, a deck to grill and a fully equipped kitchen to make meals! The house was very clean and the décor was not outdated. It had a nice charm to it and not the cheesy beach house feel. The best part about it was the garage parking for two cars. I highly recommend this rental for those who want that at home feel.

The 3 bed room house is awesome. Great getaway for a group of friends. Walking distance from the beach, some cool bars, cafes, and breakfast spots. I like that I can go for a run on the beach within seconds of leaving the house in the morning. And its nice to take short Uber ride to Tower 23 bar for a classy happy hour. The owners have done a fabulous job of updating and maintaining this great beach house property. Located in a prime location in the Mission Beach area of San Diego, this is the place to be for a beach party. After viewing numerous properties available for a girls gathering over Labor Day weekend, we selected this one, moved in, and had the best party ever! The house is three stories with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor, a large garage on the bottom; open, spacious living room, kitchen and deck on the second floor; and private master suite and large roof deck on the top. All the amenities we needed were on hand, the place was neat and clean, and it was surprisingly quiet in a neighborhood so bustling with activity on a holiday weekend. We walked everywhere we went—didn’t need a car for anything—shopping, restaurants, Belmont Park, night life. I kind of liked that we were not directly on the busy Ocean Front Boardwalk, but we were just steps away on a quieter walkway. Compared to each of us renting a hotel room for a night, this was a bargain because we split the cost between us. What was even better was that we were able to be together the whole weekend while not suffering through sharing bedrooms and bathrooms, each having our own space. We’ll be back!
