Appartamento Affresco is a welcoming apartment located in the historic center of Arezzo. It sleeps four people. From Appartamento Affresco you will have a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings. Appartamento Affresco is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private terrace, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a limited traffic zone in the heart of Arezzo, a few steps from restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a grocery store at 200 meters (660 feet) and the bus stop at 150 meters (490 feet).
Appartamento Affresco is located on the first floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 20 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Affresco. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

Terrace
The terrace is 18 square meters (194 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will find also a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. From the terrace you will have a view of the nearby buildings.
Living Room
The living room is paved with wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the surrounding houses.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an access area. The kitchen has no door. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The ceiling is sloped and has white exposed wood beams. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the surrounding houses.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the corridor climbing two steps.
