Bordering a conservation area in the South Farm District, the only separation between the front of the home and the trees is a walking trail perfect for families and four-legged friends alike.
I Wanna be Seadated’s lodge-style decor, rustic shiplap accent walls and nautical artwork pay homage to the Olympic Peninsula. Scenes of rugged coastlines and mountain ranges punctuated by unobstructed forest views to the south will make you feel markedly connected to the natural beauty of the Washington Coast.
The main level features the primary bedroom as well as open-concept kitchen, living and dining rooms. The gorgeous chef’s kitchen is well-appointed for culinary adventures of all kinds. Prepare dinner on the gas stovetop, mix cocktails with the provided bar tools, or combine ingredients for a batch of cookies in the Kitchen Aid. When it’s time to clean up, enjoy a tranquil forest view from the window over the kitchen sink. Grab one of the assorted puzzles or board games from the living room hutch after dinner and make memories with family and friends gathered around the dining room table.
The simple, elegant primary bedroom on the main floor features a dual king bed for premium comfort, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, soft gray and neutral tones exude an air of comfort in the guest queen bedroom. Built-in bunks and nautical lights in the guest bunk bedroom add a coastal charm, and the media room located between the two guest bedrooms is stocked with a Smart TV, DVDs, and an Xbox 360 for hours of entertainment. Located just across the street from the future Sunrise Pool which is currently under construction, a heated afternoon swim will soon be just steps from your backdoor for beach-goers of all ages.
Retreat outside to kick back on the covered wrap-around porch and end your evening with a relaxing soak in the hot tub. With no shortage of things to do and places to go, I Wanna be Seadated is your ideal Pacific Northwest escape.
