Not clean, no toilet papers, room not made up for three days, no food or restaurant on the weekend, Water leaking in the toilet, no response from the reception. the place is horrible, badly managed and an insult to any paying guest

not an exciting location (near a conference centre/industrial area) although very pleasant.

Great Location for Business Purposes

The Hotel was in an excellent location for the Paris Exhibition Centre just a five minute walk. The Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. There was a small boutique bar and a reasonable size Brasserie Restaurant

The Rooms were a lot smaller than they look on the images, for two people sharing a Twin room it was extremely compact, enough for one quick stop over for Business purposes. The Brasserie Restaurant was ok but slightly overpriced for the quality and service

Everything, no Kettle or toilet paper in the room, Drinks very expensive, food no better than average but expensive.

the lady and the bald guy who works in the after were making fun of me just because I didn’t speak French .. they were unfriendly & unhelpful … no one there to pickup the phone either

Fast and efficient service up front. No real complaints, but not sure if I'd stay more than a couple days.

Window was hard to close, and we couldn't figure out how to get the AC working so it was very hot!

it was a bad experience, it was a bad experience for me and my wife, and i understood why they don’t accept refund.

only the Location

not clean, the toilet seat was horrible, Cockroaches in the bathroom, tower very weak, dust on the bed head, the stuff not professional, I ask for kettle at 9Am but they brought it around 10PM, i bought breakfast for my wife only because i am on special diet due to health conditions but the stuff in the breakfast room refuse to allow me to have meal and take my medicine, and i saw her gossiping me with her colleague like i was trying to cheat. her eye signe and language was Ruth.

Don’t stay here

No cleaning

It was really bad everything, no cleaning, they did not even listen to what we wanted, they said we had to wait for Check in which is normal but they said for cleaning, the room was shambles

I did not try the breakfast nor the restaurant. Excellent position, at walking distance from the salon

a Laundry service is definitely necessary, at least during the salon, when the customers are all overseas business men

Comfortable clean room but service and facilities let it down

The breakfast was good and the location for our visit was ideal

I had to ask for shower gel twice but never received it and on the bar/restaurant closed on Thursday evening for the weekend.
