Our condo is perfectly situated on the 20th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, and two twin over full bunks in the 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 12.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

When we arrived the bath/shower in the queen room was filthy. Hair in the tub and absolutely disgusting shower curtain. Floors are dirty. Master bedroom main light was out and the door to the room would not lock or shut. We were promised it would all be made right. It WAS NOT. The shower curtain was replaced. Nothing else was. Two beds had no bedding. That was corrected. Over all, disappointing. Will not go back

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo due to multiple stains on couch, chairs at dining table, and linens throughout the condo in addition to floors in corners/nooks of areas. Spent most of our time at the beach and lazy river with good food at night:)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. Bed was very comfortable. The couches need to be updated, the covers are stained on them and need to be replaced. The bath towels and wash clothes could stand to be replaced as well; they look worn. Also, when I rented the condo, I was not aware that I would also have to pay for a parking pass.....$56 per parking pass is a little ridiculous in my opinion, especially after I paid as much as I did to rent the condo.

Spent a lot of time on the balcony just listening to the waves, so relaxing. Stove was a little tricky to use, but once we figured it out it was good to go. Beds were all comfortable.

Reviewer Comments: Let me start off with saying that this condo is absolutely stunning. My stay started a bit stressful when I came in to a condo that hadn't been cleaned. The Phoenix rentals office closes at 5:30 and that is when I came in. Therefore, I had to do lots of Internet searching to find Charlie's personal cell phone. Not what I wanted to do after traveling all day. I got on the phone with Charlie and he was of course not very pleasant but he had the problem resolved within an hour. We sat on the balcony for well over an hour waiting for the condo to be cleaned, which was fine because we of course wanted a clean condo. The cleaning lady was exceptionally nice and very detailed with all of our concerns. After this we had a wonderful stay. Was just a touch disappointed to how it all started.

Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and very nice size for the 9 of us. everything was great and had a great time. only thing I think the condo could use a little more cleaning supplies. We had a broom and dustpan, but we had to use our medical tape to tape the broom handle onto the bristle part of the broom. there was a swiffer mop that we used with antibacterial wipes. A bucket that says "if you make a mess please use me to clean it up." but no rags or sponges to do it with. Most condos I have stayed at at least has some things other guests have left behind. Like small bottle of dish soap, boxes of kleenex, a few garbage bags, foil or saran wrap. I did leave some of these for the next guess unless they are taken by housekeeping??? but we did enjoy the condo and did our best to keep it clean while we were guests there.

We were traveling with four teenage boys and wanted a room big enough with enough beds for all of them. I was not expecting all the upgrades this particular condo offered. The bunk room even had comfortable mattress’ for our adults. We walked out our door down the elevator to beautiful beaches or rolling on the lazy river. The condo was perfect. The views are amazing.The kids loved the bunk beds . It is so great to have a washer and dryer in the condo. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to make meals at home and not have to go out to eat every day. All furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Our first few days had bad weather but we were lucky to have a great place to stay. The whole family absolutely loved the lazy river and hot tubs. The area is very convenient with shops and restaurants within walking distances. Hope to get to come back and stay for many years to come. And every one was so impressed with the heated toilet seat in the master bath . We had no complaints about anything from a family of 12 so that says a lot about how nice it is .

It was so clean! The only complaints would be the guy at the check in booth was absolutely rude for no reason. Also having to pay 55 each car for parking is rediculous and should be available with the rental. Also we were loading up at 9:40 a.m. and the housekeeping guy barged in without knocking, that is not right especially with our teenage girls.
