Wake up in comfortable beds in a home with so many options for the day! The beach is just a few blocks to the east where you can catch a bright new sunrise and a family fun day on the beach. In the evening only a block to the west, watch the sunset over the Intracoastal. North beach park is just around the corner with kids playground. Looking to visit and explore the history of St. Augustine, you are just 5 miles away. There you will find trolley tours, foodie hot spots, haunted ghost tours, shopping and so much more. Catch a concert or the farmers market at St Augustine Amphitheater. Be sure to visit the Alligator Farm and Zoo with Zip-line adventures.

This two story home features and open floor plan with 4 bedrooms. 3-bedrooms upstairs include the Owners suite has its own full bath with shower and features a King bed along with a daybed and trundle. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a twin day bed with trundle. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a full hall bathroom with a tub. Downstairs is the bunkroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. There is a full bath with walk-in shower next to the bunkroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking supplies and a regular coffee pot.
Call to request pool heat upon booking for $40/day.

Parking Spaces: Two (2) Max Capacity. No On-Street Parking Allowed per County regulations. Improperly parked vehicles will be ticketed and towed. Additional parking is available in public parking areas.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Reddington! The rental was in an amazing location for us on Vilano Beach. Our family owns a beach house close to Cap’s and we needed more beds, so we found The Reddington just a 0.5 mile away! The home was clean and looked great. For the first night it was just my little family - my husband and I and our two kids under 3. We ended up making use of just the master which had an additional twin trundle bed along with the King. It was perfect! We visited the Alligator Farm, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not and took the Red Train took among many other activities! The pool that with house was honestly perfect size as well. I would say that the washer might need a deep clean around the seal. But other than that, it was a great house! The management staff were super helpful! From beginning to end! When we arrived home I realized I had left an entire drawer full of clothes! I was able to reach the office on a Saturday and my sister who lives near by was able to coordinate and pick up my belongings from the rental office. I would definitely recommend this rental to families!

We really enjoyed our stay at this well appointed and comfy home. This is the first beach property we have rented that has thoughtfully provided all the amenities you need, like plenty of towels. We enjoyed the heated pool every evening. The beach is a short walk. And it was easy to get to explore St Augustine. Be sure to have a bite or drink at nearby Caps on the Water!

Dishwasher was broken, ice maker was broken and shelves missing from freezer and fridge. Don't ask guest to use only plastic pool side if you don't provide any, but 4 sippie cups. Beds were comfy and bathrooms well stocked.

We had a great time at this property! The house was in great shape and it was very clean. The location is great. Just a short walk to the beach and the grocery store (Publix) was only 2 miles away. Three excellent restaurants are very close - Literally within walking distance! The yard is perfect for the dog because it allowed our miniature schnauzer to have freedom. The weather was a little cool, but much better than back home in Michigan. We would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in the St. Augustine area. In retrospect, we probably should have planned to stay longer.

House was a very short walk to beach, pool was very nice, check in was super easy. The only thing I would of liked was to have better pillows and blow dryers in the bathrooms. Would stay there again though.

We had 6 adults and 3 kids under 8 and every one of us loved our stay at the Reddington House! We were worried about the walk to the beach because other reviews mentioned it being difficult but it was never a problem. It was so close that we went back and forth to the beach multiple times each day to avoid rain or to get food or just to spend some time in the pool. Most of the time we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. It was heaven!

We absolutely loved this house! The backyard pool was great, the kitchen was very well equipped, and everything was so very clean. There were several little extras that were the “icing on the cake”! There was a beach wagon, beach towels, beach toys, and there was even a welcome note with goodies.

we had a pleasent stay here. Close to beach,town, restaurants. Digs lived chasing tennis balls in the fenced in yard. Perfect for our family of 5...4 adults, 1 teenager. Highly recommend this property.

It was perfect for what we needed. We were quarantining in the house until we could visit grandparents. It was perfect for families and older children with the pool, fenced in yard for pets, and a short walk to the beach. Crossing A1A is a little tricky. We cooked every meal and the house supplied everything necessary. Definitely need a car for traveling into St Augustine, a good 15-20 minute drive. Would stay again!!!!

The property is beautiful. The location is perfect. Not too busy or loud. Very close to Historic St. Augustine, beach, restaurants. We had our furry children with us - as the town is dog-friendly. Definitely recommend to others!
