This one-of-a-kind estate property offers jaw dropping panoramic 360-degree views from one of the most unique locations on this part of the Oaxacan coast. In addition to your secluded clifftop estate, you can stroll down a private staircase to the beach where you may enjoy full access to Celeste Residences Beach Club, restaurants and fitness center.
This estate embodies its Mexican roots and traditions, beginning with the impressive central palapa where friends and families can gather to enjoy Oaxacan culinary traditions, prepared by the onsite team. This shared space offers seating for up to 20 guests, with multiple tables and open-air living spaces, along with a backdrop that serves up some of the best views you'll find on the coast.
The outdoor area of this estate offers a space that will forever be ingrained in the memory of all those who visit. From manicured tropical gardens, to the private swimming pool and most of all, the VIEWS! Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the sight of turquoise waters against the mountainous backdrop is an experience that you will endlessly enjoy.
The bedrooms & leisure spaces span over four levels, with the master king suite occupying the full span of the upper level. On the second level, you will find two additional bedrooms - offering a perfect setup for families with one king bedroom (with ensuite) and a second room that offers 3 single beds (with ensuite). The main level includes a king suite, again adjacent to a bedroom with 3 singles. The third bedroom on this level offers extra daybeds to accommodate single travelers or children but can convert to a leisure space thanks to the full pool table set in the center of this impressive space. The lower level offers the final king bedroom complete with tropical views and ensuite bath.

• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $95 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee | Balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival
• If you have to cancel your original travel dates, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
