This newly remodeled beach house has all the amenities inside and out - Tv's in all rooms, WiFi, sun room, outdoor bar area and separate game room with mini kitchen, 2 TV's, ping pong and games. This outdoor entertaining space is fantastic! Cargo lift included.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is amazing! We loved the layout of the home and that there are 2 patios and entrances. House was very clean and everything we needed was there. Downstairs we found a ping pong table, large connect four game, cornhole, and many other games and items needed for the beach. TV's are huge in the living room and bonus room! We visit Bolivar every year as a family and will stay here, as long as it's available.

Reviewer Comments: Loved the layout of the space...perfect for everyone having a sense of their own space, but with common areas for everyone to come together. Backyard was securely fenced for the dogs. Ground floor area with all of the games and TV were wonderful for outdoor non-beach activities. The only thing that would have made this better is if there was a door between the bunk room and the living room.

Reviewer Comments: I ran from Cobbs every year for the past 20 years and yes, we do have a favorite cabin but that may have changed a little tipsy is perfect for us. We had a wonderful time. Coffee in the sunroom was the best. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

This house had everything you need for a great beach vacation. Many amenities were already included. Toys and games for kids and adults. Large area for entertainment, cooking and relaxing. Within walking distance to the beach.

This property was fantastic. We enjoyed having plenty of space to spread out and 4 bathrooms, so that each family there had one of their own. We loved all of the game options, the downstairs games/activities, and the stocked kitchen! It would be great to add to the listing that you will need to make your own bed upon arrival. I've never stayed in a VRBO where you had to make the beds upon arrival, this is usually a luxury that I enjoy when vacationing. This is also advertised as a 4 bedroom, when the bunk room is actually not a bedroom, It would be beneficial to add doors to that bunk room to make it an actual four bedroom.

It had everything you need to entertain the kids, cook a gourmet meal, and the beds were super comfortable. Rooms are spacious and I love the decks. Everything was clean and it’s close enough to the beach to walk. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay, this house was wonderful! Very spacious with a great floor plan and the cutest decor. Many, many games both indoor and out. Geared towards families!
