Perched on the 8th floor of the Inverness Beach Front complex, enjoy views of the ocean and beach from the oversized balcony, living room, dining area, and kitchen. Wake up to a cup of coffee and take pleasure in watching the sunrise over the ocean and listen to the sound of the waves. Centrally located on the island, a plethora of dining, nightlife, and shopping are all within walking distance.
The comfortable living area is furnished with a plush sofa and a love seat. Light and airy finishes and coastal decor create a tranquil ambiance. The chef in your group will appreciate the fully furnished kitchen with modern appliances. In addition, the kitchen has a drip coffee pot, Keurig machine, coffee grinder, toaster, crock pot, Ninja air fryer, and Ninja margarita blender. After a fun-filled day at the beach and pool, make some popcorn and watch shows on the 44-inch living room TV with Spectrum cable and Netflix. There are splendid views of the ocean from the living room, kitchen, and dining area.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a futon that can be made into a standard size bed. There are TVs in each bedroom. The living room has a very comfortable queen size sleeper sofa bed.
The covered balcony has a dining table for alfresco meals, relaxation chairs with a foot ottoman to take in the ocean and coastline sights. Extra perks include four beach chairs, four beach towels, sand toys, cooler bags, and parking garage.

Loved this condo! We had a great time with our kids and being right on the beach was perfect. Only downside was the elevators were in and out of service but definitely NOT the property owner’s fault. Overall, very happy with the visit. We plan on coming back!

Had an incredible view, and the condo itself was very nice. The parking garage wasn’t amazing and we had a few instances of elevator troubles (one elevator was down the whole time, another elevator had its panel torn off the wall, so we had to climb a few flights of stairs to access it).

This was a lovely place to stay. One problem was an elevator that was out of order. I am hoping they will fix this, as for a building this large, there should be two that work well, not just one. It would be nice to have more carts available for carrying things up and down. They were scarce.

The property was exactly as described, and the location and view were amazing! Easy beach access, and the beach near this condo was not as busy as other areas. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay on the island!

The condo itself was nice and posting was accurate. Mary communicated with us and we have everything we needed. The biggest issue was elevator problems all week. One was down the entire week and the other for short time which was a problem for my older in-laws having to walk to the 8th floor.

We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed staying at this condo. Very well supplied. The umbrellas, beach chairs and chairs, a plus. Very clean and cool. We are definitely coming back again. Due to unforseen event we reduced from 4 days to 2 full days, still a very good relaxing time.

The condo was so roomy and comfortable. We were a group of 4, and we had more than enough room to sleep comfortably. It was very clean. The added bonus of beach chairs and umbrella were greatly appreciated.

The unit was exactly as it was described. Easy check in and entrance to unit. Love the safety of the building. Great decor throughout the unit. It had mostly all great amenities to the kitchen with options. Was missing oven mitts, kitchen towels and kitchen washcloths. Fully stocked with bath and beach towels. Loved the fact it had beach chairs and umbrellas for use, along with beach bag. Second bedroom could use a dresser and a bar in closet for hanging clothes. We loved the unit as a whole and will return. We love South Padre Island and the friendliness amongst the Island. Great options throughout, whether it is food, activities, sites or relaxation we looked for along with the beautiful views from the unit! Thank you for sharing your unit with us and we had a wonderful vacation!

We loved this VRBO! It's location was phenomenal as it was right on the water (gulfside). The host had everything you need for a beach day - umbrella, chairs, mats, cooler, and sand toys. The property had a pool and hot tub but the hot tub was not very warm and the pool was not heated - our kids liked both anyways! I would highly recommend this property for it's location and views!

Location was awsome. Property is mid 80s but in nice shape. Pool was closed for repairs but no fault of owner. Place was nice and patio is great for relaxing and veiwing of the ocean. Would return to the same place for sure.

Loved the location and the outdoor patio. We wished that it was a little cleaner (lots of sand, paper on the bathroom floor) and was stocked a little better (only 3 rolls of TP, not enough was cloths) but overall we loved it. Tim

Very clean condo. Had lots of amenities and easy beach access and awesome views. The only downside was distance to bars, shops and restaurants. You definitely need a rental car or use the Metro. We walked a lot more than we planned. Other than that, it was good

Really enjoyed our stay here. Have been to the Inverness 3 times and this was the best accommodations yet. We would definitely book this unit again. When we walked in, the condo looked so clean and smelled pleasantly fresh. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc.. Mary Beth is thoughtful to furnish beach toys, chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc., so a pleasant surprise. Thank you for providing such a nice place to stay.

This condo was in an awesome location!!! The building is an older building but the condo has been nicely updated and was great. Mary Beth was very easy to get a hold of and we really enjoyed our stay here.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo does not feel small at all, and the layout maximizes the use of space. There were 5 of us and we did not feel cramped at all. There's 2 queen beds, one full size futon, and and queen sized sofa sleeper. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. We really loved the large patio with the beach view. We had dinner outside our first night and could see fireworks another night. There's also a great view from the front size of the condo if you'd like to watch the sun set. I failed to read the instructions for the pad lock, but when I contacted the host she answered right away and was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

We have been staying at the Inverness every year for a week since 1992 and seldomly miss a year. This privately owned condo is well taken care of and you can tell the owners care about their guests. One of the elevators was down and the adults only hot tub was under construction during our stay which was inconvenient but obviously not Mary Beth’s fault. But overall, our stay was pleasant. Cold AC, cable, internet, and Netflix for the kids, and an updated condo. Would recommend staying here!

We"ve been going to the island every year for the past 22 years, at least 2 times a year, we stay a week each time, and this has been the best condo we have stayed at. Usually most AC dont work as they should, but with this one, i was impressed. The kitchen was fully equipped. I fell in love with the air fryer, i ended up buying one exactly alike when i came back home. I will definitely stay there again next summer. And the view was amazing. The only problem we encountered was the water for the showers was super hot, little to no cold water was coming out, but we managed.

The view was excellent! From the condo, you could only see the water. The patio was outstanding, with great views of the ocean and people-watching. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the living room was comfy for watching a movie at the end of the day. The access to the beach was super easy and accessible. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful condo with all the amenities, a beautiful view, and right on the Ocean. Within walking distance to great beach bars. Would definitely consider going again. There were unforeseen technical difficulties with the condo but the owner was quick and responsive.

Beautiful condo! Well stocked! Garage is very dark, no carts available day of check out so we had to carry everything. Cold water in master bath sink not working. Pluger in hall bath not working.
