A vast wooded and enclosed park of 1600m2, 4 parking spaces, terrace, garden, swimming pool heated in season (10/5m, 28°).
On the ground floor:
- A laundry room/back kitchen fitted with washing machine and dryer, storage space.
- A fully equipped kitchen open to a spacious living room
- A living room including a dining area and a comfort area at the foot of the fireplace (55’’ TV)
- A first master suite (180cm bed - separable) with dressing room, bathroom and adjoining shower.
First floor :
- 1 first bedroom of 16m2 (160cm bed)
- 1 second bedroom of 10m2 (2 90cm beds)
- 1 third bedroom (master suite with walk-in shower) of 19m2 (double bed
180cm-separable)
- 1 fourth bedroom of 12 m2 (160cm bed) with adjoining shower room
- 1 bathroom
On the second floor:
- 2 bedrooms of 14m2 (one with a 180cm-separable bed, the other with a 160cm bed)
- 1 bathroom and shower with WC
- 1 games room
One of the wings of the property is specially dedicated to teleworking. 2 comfortably furnished offices on the 1st floor; a shower room, rest room and small extra kitchen on the ground floor. Both offices will be made available specifically and upon request.
