Leave all your stress and worries behind when visiting Casa Del Mar. Located in one of the friendliest and most serene neighborhoods, our home is ideally located near many of Bradenton’s hotspots. It’s a mere 4.6 miles to Downtown Bradenton, 5.7 miles to the renowned IMG academy, 5.3 miles to the breathtaking Anna Maria Island Beaches and 8 miles to Coquina Beach.

And best of all, we’re only 3 miles to Bradenton’s Robinson Preserve, where you can enjoy all your favorite activities, from horseback riding and hiking to kayaking and jet skiing. And we haven’t even mentioned the other parks and restaurants in the vicinity.

Furry Friends
- Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $200/stay for the first pet, and $100/stay for each additional pet after that.
- Must be fully house trained
- Must be completely cleaned up after
- Leashed at all times when not in fenced area
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made
- Not allowed on the indoor furniture or bedding

KINDLY NOTE
- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (front garage and side garage). No inside cameras.
- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels.
- The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and pool heater may take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know before you check-in.
- Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest.

The house was beautiful and spacious. We really loved the pool area with plenty of space to play and barbecue. Less than 15min away from all the beaches and also close to supermarkets which was convenient since we cooked the whole week! Lots of games for entertainment and 5 TV’s around the house, so everyone could watch what they wanted..lol Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!!!

The property was as described and very nice. Location was perfect easy to get around to multiple locations. Easy to get to the beaches and other outdoor activities. The pool was great to use. Would highly recommend this location. Jenny was outstanding to work with and was extremely responsive.

Our family stayed here during the busy season of spring break -- it had enough rooms for all our family. Our children loved the privacy of the game room with the double bunk beds. The pool area was amazing. Our family enjoyed reading outside in the shaded area, as well as playing games in the yard and swimming. The outdoor table was perfect for family lunch/dinner and also for playing games at night. The house was clean, well kept and had many amenities we did not find in other vacation homes. It was equipped with trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper, detergent, etc. The pool toys and beach chairs were an added bonus and great to use. The owners were very kind and responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

Location was excellent, aside from the occasional traffic noise it was perfect! Thank you for allowing us to host our son’s birthday party with his friends! The beds/mattresses we awesome and so comfortable, and we are picky! Lol The game room was perfect for kids and the heated pool was icing on the cake!! We would definitely stay again!

Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing! The house is spotless, spacious, and perfect for our adults and kids of all ages. Jenny and Kenny thought of everything to make our stay relaxing and fun. The location was perfect too with quick access to the beach. Would definitely book again.

Even though me and 2 others did not stay there because we had COVID and could not travel, the others in our group were very impressed with rhe property and tmsaid the house was awesome. The house was in a great location to stores, etc.

When arrived at the property I was concerned that it was a bit to close to the main road on 64. However for the most part it is very quiet except for like a Saturday night where you hear cars racing. It is a fenced in back yard so you get the feeling of a oasis and the backyard is manicured. There is a hammock which you get a nice breeze. When you walk into the home it was clean. AC temp on Beds/rooms were clean. All the rooms were great and this home had pretty much everything you needed. The space was perfect as everyone had their own room and if we needed our own space we were comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked with Shampoo/Conditioner/Bodywash. There were enough towels, toiletries, coffee. The space was so acommodating for a family of 7/8. The game room is super amazing and a great hang out place. They had plenty of games to play as a family. Also the pool area was perfect after a long day at the beach. The kitchen area had plenty of seating and every amenity needed for the kitchen they had and over abundance. Washer/Dryer is a plus and they provided beach towels which were helpful. Make sure you bring beach chairs or beach accesories as they do not provide that. We had very very small issues and Communication was very good with host. She was very attentive and offered to resolve asap. This place is very relaxing, welcoming very close to all the beaches and I would definitely come back to stay again.
