Our spacious home comfortably accommodates groups of up to 9 guests, providing a serene desert retreat adorned with natural elements. Retreat to one of our four bedrooms, each furnished with high-quality bed linens and pillows for a restful night's sleep. Refresh in our refinished bathrooms, equipped with clean-cut features, essential toiletries, and plush cotton towels.

Prepare delicious meals in our fully remodeled kitchen, stocked with all the essentials and ample space for cooking and hosting. The dining area seats six guests comfortably, offering a cozy setting for meals and gatherings.

Propane Tanks: For amenities that require propane, we do our best to ensure there is remaining propane for your use. However, if there happens to be no propane in the tanks, please let us know, and we will have a new tank delivered the next day. If you need propane the same day, you can replace it at a local grocer and submit the receipt to us for reimbursement.

We had a wonderful time on our trip to Arizona! The house was very nice, it was clean, had fun activities on site, and fit all of our guests perfectly. The property manager was wonderful to work with!! We would definitely come back here again.

This house is convenient for visiting ASU campus. We enjoyed relaxing in the backyard. Check/in was easy. The house was clean and as advertised. Great stay!

The house was great with lots of room for adults to sleep. The kitchen and dining room are pretty much tide to the backyard (excellent for hanging out).The house worked out great for old friends and family to reminisce. The only sketchy thing is the neighborhood but it looks like they are trying to clean it up. I don’t recommend walking the streets at night. But the main reason for getting the house is that it was close to ASU football stadium. Just about a 10 minute drive. I would for sure stay again next time I’m in AZ for a game.

Was a great private getaway! We drove 7 hours for this little piece of heaven! How was roomy and had enough activities to keep us all busy. The warm pool was incredible at night. Highly recommend!

6 of were in town for a couple nights for Game 3. Location was fabulous to take light rail to the stadium and leave the car behind. Grocery store was a short drive away. Would recommend.

We thought the property was great, good location. The house had a funny smell going in, but cleared up. Was unsatisfied with the cleanliness. Had some dirty sheets, out door chairs had hair on them, trash in one of the closets, kitchen sink had gnats coming out of the drain. Has to swim with the pool vacuum, wish we could have taken it out, it was not hooked up to anything. while we were swimming, just got in the way. Other than that we had a good time in the pool, playing darts and air-hockey, beds were comfortable.

We really enjoyed the property. The pool was the high note. I did want to mention that one of the cornhole boards was broken and unicorn floatie had a tear. Other than that, all was great and I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We were in town for my sons graduation from ASU. We wanted a place with a good size back yard and pool and this fit the bill. I think that if you stay at a place and nothing goes wrong that's great. But what happens when things go wrong? How is it handled? Well we had a few minor problem during our stay. That said we were able to get them solved very quickly by just making a phone call. BBQ out of propane....Make a call and a tank was on the front porch with in an hour. Pool was dirty....Cleaned that day. Thats a great stay. Things break, quickly fixed. I would stay here again and probably will in the future. Highly recomend.

this property was perfect for the occasion. we threw a surprise party with just 8 people for my boyfriend and he was so happy! we used the pool, bags, chairs outside, fire pit, grill, air hockey and darts! so much fun
