Overall the apartment fit 7 of us great! We didn't spend a whole lot of time there as we were in town to explore. The neighborhood was awesome, we walked everywhere we needed to go. And the L is 2-3 blocks away to get to/from the airport. There's a delicious 24 hr diner a block away, and an amazing sushi joint just next store. Groceries and liquor are close by too. In regards to the condition of the apartment, there's some water damage, the fridge liked to make a beeping noise even when everything was shut, and the thermostat kept resetting itself. It definitely a rental, not someone's home. But that wouldn't deter me from staying here again.

There was plenty of space, view from the rooftop was awesome. We had small issue with the TV on the rooftop and communication with the owner was easy, and he stayed in it until he got the problem fixed shortly. Easy walk to the brown/purple lines with Starbucks nearby. Less than mile walk to Michigan Ave. Great location.

We had people going to Tinley Park and Soldier Field for events. It was a great location for both. They took an Uber to Soldier Field and we drove to Tinley Park. This property fit our group perfectly. We had seven adults the first night and four the second. The rooms were spacious and well supplied. The weather made the first night on the patio a bust but we were able to utilize it the second night. It was fantastic! Thanks for a great experience!

My party consisted of 4 adults and 3 kids (15, 7, 3). The check in process was easy, we got the instructions and found the apartment without trouble. The parking spot was difficult to park (we had a 2020 Honda Odyssey) but doable. The stairs leading to the apartment are numerous and steep, a workout for sure when bringing in luggage. We had a situation with items previously not being cleaned up from the people before us and Dan was quick to respond and ready to fix the problem. The apartment itself was well furnished but needs a little TLC (paint, cracking along drywall seams, floor separating). The kitchen had everything we needed. The master bed was noisy and every move you made was loud. The other bedrooms had bunk beds which my 3 yr old couldn't sleep in so my husband and I shared the master with her. The washer and dryer worked perfectly and were a huge help. We stayed over the 4th of July and while we were close to the river, we were not able to see the Navy Pier or any fireworks along the river. We did see some that neighbors were setting off but being only a 3 story building, we couldn't see very far. Overall, my party was very happy with this apartment. We enjoyed the rooftop (even if there wasn't a remote for the TV) and the location was close to most everything we wanted to do (we did drive a lot but there is a brown/purple L train stop nearby). I felt safe in the neighborhood and there are lots of dining opportunities within walking distance.

Good space, accurate to listing and great responsiveness from property manager. Check-in and out were easy. Unit was a little light on dishes, cups, etc., but overall was a great place to stay

On June 6 my family and I arrived at this property about 9pm, as were unloading our suitcases, a lady started yelling about where our car was temporarily parked. While we were dealing with this, we noticed a man in a car parked in front of the house selling and using heroine. People and cars approached this car a few times while my grandchildren ages 10,10 and 8 were with us! We hurried them inside as soon as we realized! The entry had separate entry codes for each door and garage and took some time to figure out. The entry way to the apartment had a pool of dried blood on the steps. We were staying in B, Door A had huge police battering ram dent in it. This was all before we even entered the apartment. When we entered into the apartment the kitchen alley door was unlocked which subsequently opened while we were standing there from the strong winds. We walked into the kitchen and the refrigerator had half a dozen old bullet holes in it. As we were walking up the interior stairs to the bedrooms, we noticed damaged walls with what appeared to be blood and filth on them. We realized this is a party house not a family place. My husband and 2 adult daughters said we are not staying here! We immediately began calling hotels at 10 pm to find another place to stay that night!. What’s most upsetting is not only the lack of compassion and understanding offered, but the blame he tried to put on us. Clearly this is only about the money! We are in process of a declined refund!

Was always hot cause AC wouldn’t turn on till we were in the home. Then it would take 3 hours for it to kick in! Lock didn’t work Rooms had too much light that came through Parking spot was small so our car couldnt fit in it. Beds made a lot of noise when any movement. One of the bunk beds felt unsafe to sleep on. Would never recommend!
