Excellent

Room was set up well. Nice and comfortable bed. As we had a late flight at night. They stored our luggage and were able to use the pool. We also had a shower at the spa room which was so nice before our flight.

Great location for airport and comfy beds

The pool and gym facilities were great! The room was large and bed was super comfortable. Nice and easy location for getting to the airport.

We had requested two beds but when we arrived the bed was still joint as one so one blanket to share between two of us. It was late when we arrived and the bed was large so we didn’t make too much of a fuss. There was also some confusion at check in as the staff wanted me to give a second credit card to be charged when one had already been charged. It might have been a language barrier issue but after myself insisting on the one card it all worked out.

I love everything about ParkRoyal. The staff is friendly and great! We are well served during our stay here. Even the security staffs greet us whenever we come back hotel.

Staff not super on point, was supposed to prepare the invoice while I was having breakfast, didn't do any of that and had to wait for them to finalize it. They were also supposed to send the invoice via email but I never received it.
