Séjour très agréable et accueil chaleureux.

Personnel très attentionné, excellent emplacement en face de la gare et à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville, chambre propre et au calme. Bon petit déjeuner. Possibilité de garer la voiture.

Very dated decor and not so comfortable for more than one night. Pleasant and welcoming staff.

The staff were all friendly. THEhotel was clean.

The room was dated. No comfortable chairs to sit on. The outlook from our window was dingy and led onto a sitting area for public so we could not open the windows during the night for safety. The lighting was poor and the bed hard. The shower was way too small to use with comfort. Powerpoints were limited to one. I chose this hotel being close to the station however it was just too far from the old city to comfortably return during the day. The station environs being renovated doesn’t help the hotels appeal or access.

I had to check in late to the late because of car trouble. I rang the bell and was checked in by Frank after 11:30pm. I liked the touch by the hotel for leaving a playpen in the room for my infant. For the price and breakfast included hotel was worth it.

We've had a nice stay at this hotel. It was confortable, pleasant and good value for the money we paid. The staff was great, breakfast perfect, so clean everywhere and the location couldn't be better. From the window we looked at the walls of the old city. If we go back to Lucca this would be our hotel!!

Awesome

Really nice people, super clean and great breakfast. So close to the train which was great for getting around. Very good location. Great restaurant down the street. Very accommodating staff. Always felt welcomed. Absolutely safe with no issues traveling late at night.

Excellent location for Lucca with friendly staff.

Breakfast was fine with a good choice. We were asked if we required any special coffees. Excellent location

Sorry but I found the bed extremely hard and uncomfortable. (27)I also think the mat in the shower is dangerous unless you make sure it’s properly attached as the mat slipped on entry!

Lovely hotel with its own unique personality, great breakfast and convenient for station and city

Right by the train station and just outside the city walls. Very comfortable room with a kettle and a plentiful supply of tea/coffee and biscuits. Friendly staff and a very good breakfast. A very unique hotel, a million miles away from bland, corporate chains.

staff was very friendly and helpful. location is great - right beside the rail station. and close to main gate to enter walled city. our room was very comfortable. breakfast provided in the morning was excellent. would highly recommend this hotel.

The stay was excellent and we would certainly stay there again. Breakfast was great.

Proximity to the Lucca train station was excellent . Great places to eat were within easy walking distance. The staff was helpful and did an outstanding job.

The AC was difficult to turn on and set.

Nice hotel just outside the city wall, good access by car or train.

Straightforward Italian family hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Changed our room when we arrived. We moved to a spacious room on the second floor. The air conditioning is good, it is centrally regulated and comes on in the evening and at night. Parking is in the street beside the hotel, we were given directions as soon as we arrived, all very easy.

The room we were first offered was on the ground floor - a family room with split levels and two double beds. It would have been great for a family with small children but for a couple travelling together it was too crowded.

Location and staff were fabulous.

Fabulous location and great staff. Very accommodating and helped with providing parking. Location worked very well for us with the train station and entrance to walled city very close. Breakfast was good, not great. Price was a good value. The location and the staff are the stars of this place.

Bed was rather uncomfortable and hard. Pillows were very thin.
