The accommodation was very pleasant and quiet and within short walking distance from the beach! It's located in an amaxing neighborhood and the road to thr city center, although a 40mins walk, is fascinating with long sidewalks shaded with massive trees. The staff were incredibly welcoming and rapidly responsive. They spoke very good English and offered suggestions on attractions and where to dine etc. The room was cleaned every single day and spotless.

Really bad！

A non refundable booking is not a booking not changeable， because of the business change， the stay has to be 1-2 nights less than planned before arrival at the hotel，this hotel force us to pay the whole stay， really not hommization.

Really pleasant and helpful staff, willing to accommodate the whole family and answer all our questions. Great location, right by the sea, with a great breakfast offering. Restaurants, cafes, and all other necessary things very close by. Great value for money, I will be back!

Superb

Staff is friendly and polite. Everyday-cleaning is good. Towels and bed linen are white and refreshed daily. Amazing pool with clear water and attentive lifesaver. There was typical Italian breakfast, but enough for us. Cozy balkony with seaview. Very close to the beach, variety of restaurants and the center of Rivabella.

Room was good, location of the hotel was good, quiet area. Bus stop near.

Brekfast always the same, no vegetables, omlet always cold. Only caffee was really nice.

breakfast was ok, reception employees were friendly (but not helpful), fridge in room

room, towels, etc smelled (cigarettes - absolute no-go) - we told the reception but nothing was done against it; super tiny room and very (!) uncomfortable bed; room was not quiet

Nice staff, very nice young guy at the reception. Very nice breakfast. And also access to pool :)

The room could be bigger and the bathroom a little bit better ventilated but other wise all was great for the price.
