It is situated on good location

Property wasn’t clean on arrival, boiler was broken so no hot water or heating. Chalet was it self good but suitable more than 4 guests.

Even though the location was lovely my experience was not satisfactory

It had en suite, spacious site was lovely clean friendly staff. Swimming pools indoor and outdoor great and organised

Neighbour from a nearby residential estate who was against guests having barbecues shouted profanity words over the fence where the home was like put the fire out you F*** C****. I approached a member of the lady Millie to explain my concerns of foul language in from of my 10 yr old. Reception could not help as this was booked by booking.com however would give the feedback to the Gm. Also, several attempts to contact the owner or responsible for bookings by phone, text and email in regard to number of wristbands were less than shown on the welcome email with no reply or call back.

Excellent caravan and park would recommend

Caravan was very spacious and clean. Dvds and games were provided which made the kids very happy. Would definitely stay again when visiting dawlish warren.

Caravan was clean and well equipped just a shame the heating and decking let it down

Boiler not working on arrival.l (tue) Fixed by park maintenance . After day out out Wednesday boiler not working again so no heating or hot water wed pm and Thurs am. Decking extremely slippery , one of our party slipped And fell down steps

Very disappointing and upsetting

We are not reviewing the caravan as we did not stay there. As we arrived we were greeted by dancers and loud music due to there being a planned 90s weekend which was extremely loud and busy. We were not informed of this by the owner of this caravan and we were told we could not use the site facilities (restaurant, shop and pool) unless we paid an extra £100. We had booked a quiet weekend away due to us having a family bereavement and feel very let down by the caravan owner. We contacted the caravan owner regarding this and she told us it was not her responsibility to inform us that the site was closed for a 90s weekend. We were very upset by this and her attitude toward us and it ruined our weekend. We asked for a refund or partial refund as we feel we were missold the holiday, yet was told no by the owner as we could still stay in the van but not would not be able to use any of the site facilities. However the staff on the site couldn't be more helpful and apologetic as they said the owner of the caravan should have informed us. We will not be booking caravans independently in future and book only through the site or reputable booking sites.

Short stay at ladys mile

Good Size bedrooms. Not a great location to dawlish warren _ but only a short drive. These are only small issues, we didn't let them spoil our holiday.

Lack if cutlery and bowls. 4 people staying and only 3 bowls. Shower mat was soaking wet on arrival. Massive crack in window. Boiler blew out so no hot water and no notes to explain how to use boiler. No curtains in living room.

Didn’t meet expectations

The caravan was dirty, the sofas are filthy and there were no towels. The landlord let us know about the lack of towels the day before which was already too late as we were midway of our overall trip. Really disappointed by the facilities - We had to cut our trip short by a day

Never again

The double bed was v comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and there are 3 TVs

The property was not cleaned before our stay..when we arrived the beds were still made up from the previous visitors….we never did get to speak to our host when we reported the problem with the lack of cleaning, and no offers were made to recompense us for having to strip beds and clean before occupancy. Despite having a contact telephone number for the owner, he never answered the numerous calls we made. There was also a problem with gaining access to the site as the owner had over the allotted 6 car registrations connected to the property….all this stress was not what an elderly couple need after a long drive to get on holiday. The Lady’s Mile ( the site we were on) staff couldn’t contact the owner either, despite more calls from them, we had a very difficult time accessing the site……it eventually was resolved by a receptionist who took matters into her own hands , in order to book us onto the NPR system. Although this caravan is ideally sited for our needs( visiting friends in Dawlish) we will never use this property again…….

good to see family van let down as very tired

nice size caravan

No curtains in lounge area no instructions for heating or hot water (how to work) very little toilet paper in bathrooms and no spare rolls only 2 towels (booked for 4 people)cracked window poorly decorated finish not good (KY JELLY AND CONDOM IN DRAWER BY FIRE PLACE)

The keys are in a safe box so easy to get entry when given code
