For the most part everything was nice. We did find a needle on the floor when we check in which maintenance came and got to throw away. And one night the whole lobby and hallways on the main level smelled like weed. Front desk lady couldn’t find where it was coming from. It was horrible. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is included and is nice to have in the morning. Other than those two things as long as the hotel is kept up because it’s fairly new, we will stay again

I think the rooms in cheyenne are unsafe. There is a table blocking a clear path to the bathroom and stubbing your toe at 2am is not fun. Yes i kept the bathroom light on but i still stubbed my toe on the way back. One unsteady older person would fall and injure.themselves!

Adequate for what I needed but very poorly maintained. Surprising for a newer hotel on the north side. Walked in after 5 to get checked in, nobody was around. Probably a 15-20 minute wait before someone showed up. After that, it was the easiest check I've ever had at a hotel, didn't sign anything at all, not asked about vehicle, pet, just handed the keycards and that was it. The room itself was well used, the heater unit switched from cold to hot and ran constantly. The room itself was really cold when we walked in. There was no tray for the little coffee machine they had in the room. In the morning the breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, just the basics and none of the extras. It had snowed the night before (the reason we stayed in town) and after 8am they had not cleared the sidewalks, and the parking lot had not been plowed. Overall, not very well maintained.

Long post alert. My wife and I spent 2 weeks in Italy as we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. After landing in Denver, CO., we were making our way back to Casper, WY. where we live. Because of the long flight we were both pretty tired and instead of driving the 4 hours back home and taking the risk of falling asleep at the wheel, we decided to make a reservation thru hotels.com and spend the night at the comfort suites. As usual, making the reservation was easy. When we got to the hotel, the young man(Zach was his name I believe) was very courteous as I told him about my reservation. He proceeded to apologize and tell me that he didn’t have any rooms available. I mentioned to him that I made my reservation thru hotels.com. He then told me that some of his rooms weren’t clean and but he would find a room for me and my wife. After some time, he came back to the front desk and checked us into a room. He began to apologize because he was the one who made our king sized bed and explained that it wasn’t going to perfect. No worries from us. When we got off the elevator, we noticed that there were 3 different piles of dirty towels on the hallway floor. We went into our room and the place was filthy. I hadn’t been cleaned, the bathroom was disgusting. There was feces in the toilet and the sink was very dirty. There must’ve been a dog or cat in the room because there was pet hair all over the place. We were so tired from our trip, we just wanted a place to lay our head.

Top notch staff working here. Very personable and helpful. Room was comfortable. The only irritant was the poor design of the bathroom. You shouldn't have to wring out the floor mat because the shower design makes it impossible to not flood the bathroom floor. There also is no good places to hang towels to dry.

The staff were so nice and put our room right by the elevator. YEAH. The room was really awesome. The Free hot breakfast was wonderful. Would stay here again for sure.

This hotel is close to the Greyhound station by car. It’s not really walking distance to anything. I found the location and hotel room to be very safe. There was a deadbolt on the door. The only issue is that there was quite a bit of noise at night from the military airplanes. There is an Air Force Base nearby. I would suggest bringing your ear plugs to sleep at night.

We stayed 2 nights. The rooms are nice, modern, clean. Friendly staff. Bed was so uncomfortable for me (too firm) but my husband and 7 year old son didn’t mind it. Pool was great and breakfast was decent. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Luke the manager is a gem of a person. He went above and beyond helping me with our accommodations since our flight was canceled. The room was big clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast just what you need to start your day. Very clean staff very nice always smiling.

Property was clean and staff were great. We had an end room #301 and there was an extra window in the room. Which at first seemed great but it did not have a blackout curtain and the lights from adjacent parking lot lit up our room until the same came up to really brighten things up.

After travelling all day and finally finding the correct Super 8, we were told our room was not ready. In fact, there weren't any rooms ready, as there was only one person working! She was very friendly, but exhausted and stressed. She did end up getting us a room in a great location, but it did not have the pull out couch we were hoping for. There were 3 of us and we each had wanted our own beds. I do not understand why you reserve a specific type of room online and they don't have it when you get there. This has happened to me in different states this year, both with Comfort Suites. I have gotten upgrades, which are nice, but this place was more of a downgrade instead. Luckily, we were only staying the night until heading out. The breakfast was very good, even though they were out of juices.
