Cozy Village in Fajardo is close to marinas and water activities. Excellent place to relax and plan your exploration of the East Coast. From beaches, Yunque rainforest, ziplining, snorkeling, art, or taste the flavors of the area. This is a place to recharge and enjoy to the fullest your tropical visit. Share some quality time. Enjoy the community amenities like the pool, beach volleyball court, basketball, gazebos.

The bedrooms are on the second floor 1 with a Queen bed and 1 with a full size bed and one full size bathroom. The first floor has a living, dining room and full-size kitchen. All the villa has A/C and WiFi service. The kitchen has a Stove, microwave and Refrigerator. This gated community offers the safety and peace of control access. We have one assigned parking space on property.

.We are located on a gated community in the town of Fajardo, close to Renaissance Marina and Puerto Chico Marina just five minutes driving distance away from Seven Seas. It offers a pool, basketball, volleyball court and gazebos for good times with your group. From Las Croabas, to Luquillo you'll find several water activities and great culinary experiences. Supermarkets and Shopping center less than 3 miles away. Just thirty minutes away from the Rainforest and other nature adventures in the East. The Ceiba Ferry Terminal is about twenty minutes away from the Village We advise to rent a car to enjoy to the fullest your stay on the area. Close to it there's a shopping center with a small market and bakery. Downtown is about a mile away for good places for brunch or a sweet bite.

Opon arrival there was no communication that Villa was without water and electricity. I contacted host and was told there was candles in closet and electricity would be back on in a couple of days. I requested my reservation be canceled and a full refund and was denied. I called VRBO and they said to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they told me to contact VRBO. I’ve been given the runaround and no one is helping me.

Comfortable, clean condo close to beaches, ferry to Vieques, El Yunque and other points of interest. Owners live close by and quick to respond to questikns and concerns.

VRBO provided wrong address for this property and it was very challenging to find it. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms, only bath towels were provided. Owner should provide more trash bags and more paper towels for the kitchen. There is no dishrack to dry dishes in the kitchen. Owner did not respond to some of my messages. However property was very clean, owner let us know that we may check in earlier and helped me to extend my stay by one night.

Loved staying here - we had so much space, a functioning kitchen with some supplies, super close to everything, and we felt super safe in a gated community! We had a little difficulty finding the place at first (address took us to the wrong location) but the host was available to help out

We had a great stay here. The check in information was perfect. Very nice, comfortable place with beaches and restaurants close by. The host responded to any questions immediately. Nice gated community with a pool.

THIS PROPERTY IS IN A GREAT LOCATION, IF YOU LIKE TO DO ALL KINDS OF WATER ACTIVITIES. WALKING DISTANCE TO THE OCEAN AND MARINA. LOCAL FOOD AND TOURIST AREAS ARE AVAILABLE. MY ONLY ISSUED WITH THE PLACE WAS THE WATER PRESSURE AND NO HOT WATER. OWNER PHONE NUMBER WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR EMERGENCIES

Great communication with owner. Easy check in. Property had what we needed for three adults to have a great week. The stairs are steep and difficult to get a large suitcase up but the property was well worth it!

My son and I were very pleased with this Property. Most notably it was as advertised, and was a great space for a family. A nice ride from San Juan airport, Great spots for breakfast, lunch, and dinner all within 15 mins...Close to many attractions, and located walking distance to the marina. The gated access provided peace of mind, and we rarely saw other persons within the grounds. My son enjoyed shooting hoops when we had a few minutes.

The property was very pleasant and had everything we needed. Pros- Driving distance from some popular beaches and restaurants. La Estacion BBQ was excellent. A/C and hot water was great. The kitchen has all you need to prepare anything. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was very nice. There was a feral cat with her kittens that lived just behind the apt that we enjoyed feeding and watching play from the patio. Cons- super insignificant stuff, like the fob for the security gate was dead (so we just used the code provided to us), no outside garbage cans, the instruction was to leave it by the tree out front but we didn’t feel comfortable with that so we just packed it out and found a can near the shopping center. Also the internet was weak. The Roku TV was large and had a great picture until you wanted to watch anything on it. Then it was super pixelated and kept stopping to buffer. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would stay again.

This villa is amazing,the apt.was very clean,rooms are big,comfortable beds.Very quite at night so you could relax after a beach day.Shopping,dining all close.Security at the main gate..smooth check in.Host was attentive.Definitely would recommend and looking forward to my next stay here.Thanks Krys!!!
