Very dissatisfied

Location ok

Was advertised with restaurant and bar. On first night restaurant was closed at 7 and bar closed at 10. Was told would be open tomorrow (Saturday).rest until 9 and bar later. Went to eat at 7.30. Everything was closed. When asking at reception was told sorry the person in charge of it closed at 5 No notification or anything. Absolutely disgusting when we had already said to the manager see you tomorrow. Had to drive to a pub to get food. Room had 2 tiny tubes of soap for 2 people for 2 nights. Only tea and coffee for one night with no replacement had to go and ask. Reception was unmanned 70% of time had to use a walkie talkie to call someone and wait for them to come In general very unhelpful. Wouldn’t stay here again.

There was no shuttle available, and it is understood during this difficult period, but this should be stated on their website.

It's cheap but expensive extras. Parking is 7£ a night.. not convenient

Is close to airport

Better to pay more for another hotel as here you will be overcharged for everything. From parking, to breakfast.

Not impressive

Easy to airport and parking. Great to have bus at door.

Bed!! Very firm... Hard! Pillows were terrible. So hard and I had to roll up some of my clothes. Did not sleep very much at all.

Great location. Roomy bathroom. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Room staff had folded towels in shapes on beds.

Room was too hot and unable to open window more than a small crack. Room fan only made room hotter no matter thermostat setting.

Shuttle to Gatwick was easy. 4 pounds.

The wifi didn't work all night or all morning. I couldn't contact my family. They were worried about me if I arrived as I was traveling at night alone.

Airport inn gatwick

Accommodating staff.

Ac in room did not work. Heard someone else complaining about their room air not working either when I checked in. I didn’t have the energy to ask to change rooms like the other guy did. Shuttle bus to airport isn’t free. It costs 4 English pounds per ride. Early checkin costs extra but they are nice about letting you leave bags all day.

Shuttle Gatwick very good Right at door and straight to both terminals.

Nothing about the hotel.Just that I had such a short stay as flight delayed.
