Fantastic stay in beautiful Cadiz

Very well laid out apartment (302). Everything needed for a few days stay. Properly working air conditioning units. Big terrace with plenty of seating. Carrefour and Aldi few min walk. Beach and old town 10 min. Great location and can't fault our stay. We arrived early in Cadiz and were accommodated to leave our luggage at the apartment. Great communication from the management. 2 washing machines in communal area. Dulce gusto coffee machine with few pods on arrival.

Few more plates and some small would be a good addition.

Basically a very good apartment but spoilt by too many easily solved silly faults.

Good location on the edge of Cadiz with good walkable access to everything in the city. Easy apartment access via the lift. Always hot water available. Good size bathroom.

Not the apartment shown in the advert. I specifically choose an apartment advertised as having a double bed but the apartment only had small single beds, very unhappy with this. Only one sheet per bed, no covers on the quilts, one of the quilts was torn. No wardrobe or drawers to store clothing, only one cheap open rack with hangers. A good quality TV was supplied but no instructions on how to operate it, took over 2 hours to work out (the menus all in Spanish which unfortunately I don't know well), the sound from it was very weak, a strain to listen from the sofa. Huge sitting area but most of the space wasted due to 2 concrete pillars and poor layout. Good quality kitchen equipment supplied but no instructions for any of it, could not get the fancy hob to work at all. The fridge had a pervasive smell of bad fish. Lighting (sitting area & bedrooms) far too bright, more suited to a shop. The bedroom lights stayed on at a low level when switched off - ie all night.

La situación. Era muy buena, la elegí porq es la zona donde no hay zona de aparcar y está cerca del centro historico

Eche de menos una cajonera en las habitaciones. Los armarios son grandes pero no había donde poner las camisetas. Cuando vas para un fin de semana bien pero ya cinco días como nosotros echas de menos donde poner la ropa, sobre todo la habitación de dis camas. Pero por lo demás muy bien,blos colchones cómodos y todo genial. Recomendable

Bardzo przestronny apartament, dwie sypialnie, salon, duża kuchnia i łazienka, balkon, winda. Wokół dużo miejsc parkingowych płatnych, ale przy odrobinie wysilku można znaleźć bezpłatne. Bardzo czysto. Rewelacyjnie położony 5 minut spacerem od starego Kadyksu. Obok stacja benzynowa i market. 10 minut spacerem do plaży. Rewelacyjny kontakt z obsługą. Bardzo pomocni i mili!

Lovely clean place. Peaceful and secure

Nice apartment situated close to restaurants and the beach

Really nice appartment. Clean, minimalistic and very nice. Quite new so everything was in order and the appartment is situated just outside the old town area, so quite convenient both for restaurants and the beach.

Very difficult to find a parking spot, but we knew that before arrival. Anyway spent quite some time every day finding somewhere. However parking was cheap if we found a spot nearby.

An immaculate apartment in a perfect location.

The air-conditioned apartment is well laid out and spacious. Our one was on the second floor, and a lift was handy. The whole building and apartment were immaculate. The apartment's location was perfect - in the new town but within a short walk of the old city. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the toiletries in the bathroom were a bonus. Real value for money.

Next door is a physio facility. If you want a lay-in in the morning, then be prepared to hear gym instructions. This was only an issue in one of the bedrooms. In the rest of the apartment, we could not hear anything. Honestly, though, we wanted to be up early anyway, as there is so much to see in the city - who wants to lay in bed when you are in Cadiz?

Our stay was very pleasant and would not hesitate to recommend.

The property was very clean and well situated near the Old Town and train station. It was very quiet and recently renovated and had an elevator so no problem for families and luggage and very well lit at night . it was in walking distance to nearest beach.

Not much negative to say about this property except the lack of full size mirror which I did mention to the cleaning staff. The only mirror was in bathroom over the sink. Also could have had a few more electrical plugs in the bedrooms for phones.

Exceptional

It was super clean and the interior was pretty. Even though plates, cups and such things only come as 4x set it was enough to cook some tasty dinners with friends and family. The apartment is barrier-free (only one step to the bed room but there are two bedrooms of which one is without barriers :) ) and accessible for people with wheelchairs or baby strollers (there's an elevator to every floor).

Everything was fine and the interior was pretty as well! Just one thing I'd have loved: a fly screen against the mosquitoes! They really did get the best of us.
