Hermoso barrio, tranquilo, mucho verde.

Muy buena ubicación para no estar en el centro y desde todas las ventanas se veían las copas de los árboles. Muy limpio. Cómoda la cochera.

Pondría mas vajilla y utensilios ya que fuimos una familia y hubiera sido más cómodo. (Mamtel, servilletas de papel, repasadores..tonterías pero)

Correcto pero mejorable

Apartamento con mucha luz, tranquilo y correcto. Instalaciones correctas. Rodeado de arboles y alejado del bullicio.

Muy caluroso (Sin aire acondicionado). Almohadas muy finas y sabanas muy gruesas para el calor que hacia. Uno de los fregaderos del baño estaba embozado. La limpieza podría mejorar en los baños. Al abrir las ventanas por el calor, entraban muchos insectos (chinches hediondas). Las instrucciones de acceso fueron confusas, al llegar las llaves no estaban en el cajetín ni el sistema de abrir automático funcionaba y tuvimos que esperas media hora para acceder.

No Aircon or fans on a 30+ degree day resulting in a horrible night sleep and stuffy rooms. Avoid.

Great location, a 10 minute walk down the hill to a great beach, with a bus stop (charging 1.95 pp) right outside. Clean and tidy apartment until the bugs flew in.

the entry procedures were quite complicated, requiring a youtube video and app to access. not for the technology averse. NO Air Conditioning, fans, or screens on the windows in 30+ degree heat. This resulted in a horrible night sleep and stuffy stay for a very expensive apartment. The host said the weather was unexpected but we were watching the forecast, they should have put fans in each room. As this was not the case, we opened the windows which caused lots of beetle sized bugs to fly in, infesting the rooms, picture attached, so we had to shut the windows and be in a stuffy room which caused a horrible night sleep, honestly the family couldnt wait to leave this apartment. Screens on the window would have solved this. Host was unsympathetic and unresponsive until next day on checkout asking if we'd cleaned up. Would recommend avoiding this place in summer.

The property is ok for a short stay, even though definitely overpriced.

Effective self check-in, modern facilities, garage is useful.

There was a bad smell (of food) inside the property, the window of one of the rooms didn’t open, the location is not ideally, close to ondarreta beach, but far from the city centre (12 min drive). It wasn’t too bad for a short stay, but the money spent was definitely not worth the stay.
