Beautiful Gulf Front 4 bedroom townhome! ~
Enjoy your next Navarre Beach vacation in this stunning gulf front townhome. The spacious great room has 9 foot ceilings, 18x18 Italian tile, modern recessed lighting and panoramic gulf views. The large kitchen has maple cabinetry, granite countertops, and top of the line appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator, cook top, built in microwave and double oven.
This townhome has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, with a king bed in the master, two guest rooms with queen size beds and the fourth room featuring two sets of twin bunks. The bedrooms all have berber carpet. Relax in the master overlooking the Gulf of Mexico or from the private balcony. The master bath has a corner Jacuzzi whirlpool tub, separate shower and a walk in closet. The living room offers a queen size sleeper sofa. This unit is located on the east side of the duplex and is approximately two miles from the pier. Downstairs is a carport, grill area and shower. If you expect LUXURY and want to be away from crowds, then this townhome is perfect. Please email or call for additional information.

This place was awesome! It definitely met all of our needs and was very nice and clean. We loved being right on the beach so that we were able to go back and forth to the house with a very short walk. We have been coming to Navarre for 20+ years and this was one of the best trips we have had. We made many great memories and can’t wait to come back next year!

We were very pleased with this condo. We were surprised to have very close access to the beach right from our deck. The beach was not crowded at all! The living area was more than spacious for our party of 11. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms are spacious. Drier is slow to dry but only did a couple loads of laundry. A few more wash clothes would be helpful. Ample parking. We had 5 vehicles! We would book this rental again in a heartbeat.

The beach house was beyond our expectations! The views are amazing and the house is very nicely furnished and well maintained. There were 9 of us, including 2 children and we all had plenty of space. The house has direct access to the beach and both decks have excellent views. We spent most of our time at the beach or enjoying the view from the decks. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to make dinner for several nights. We enjoyed this house so much, we have rebooked for next year!

My sister and I met my kids in Florida to celebrate my 60th birthday in our favorite area as my oldest was stationed not far from Navarre. The house was beautiful, the view and the beach were stunning! Enough room to be together and still have room to ourselves. We all absolutely loved our stay at Sea Duction!

Condo was perfect in every way! We all had a great stay. Rooms were very nice, master was exceptionally nice with a great view from the bed. This might sound a little stupid, but the deck on the main floor is one of the tallest on the island! You can see the water and the ocean perfectly with that height. Seriously fantastic!

We didn’t want to leave! The house is beautifully decorated and there was plenty of space for my husband and me and our 4 young adult children. The floor plan allowed us to be together and get away from each other when needed. The kitchen had everything you could need - even a crockpot! I can’t wait to go back.

Good location, and very good floor plan. Bedding was comfortable. Garabge pickup was not present during the week, good we had two trash cans. We enjoyed the week at Sea Duction

We ha d a great time on our first spring break post pandemic. We had four adults and four kids with us and were very comfortable during our stay. Location was great for access to the beach and accomplished exactly what we wanted which was a little bit of space when outside. Easy drive to local restaurants and grocery. We cooked most of our meals at the house and feeding 8 at a time was a breeze. We will be back!
