Good location, near X95 airport bus station. Room is small and many furniture then no space to open the suitcase. Toilet is too small , breakfast is good and enough.

I have stayed at Aretusa Hotel before and always enjoyed my stay. It is near the Airport-Express-Busstop and has good value. My room was nice with good amenities and comfort. Breakfast was very good. One thing I did not enjoy, was that the bathroom light went off while I was taking a shower due to the motion detector that didn´t detect me moving in the shower. But all in all it was a nice stay.

A great location. Rooms were clean. Towels changed daily The hotel is tired and could do with refreshing. There was hazard tape on some of the stair steps The roof top area was very disappointing nothing there but a few old chairs. Breakfast was ok and the staff were lovely and helpful. All in all it was ok for the money

Hotel is walkable to Syntagma metro and bus X95 for direct transport to/from the airport. Roof has a very good view of the Parthenon and Lycabettus Hill (must see during the day and night). Breakfast is plentiful with various options including Greek specialities from 6:30am-10am. Room is modern and clean with body wash and shampoo in dispensers, a bath robe, slippers, a small refrigerator and a safe box. Luggage storage is in the basement with option to pay 2 euro for a locked locker or leave it in the corner unmanned (staff will not give you a ticket for pick up, so it's at your own risk). Close to a KFC, McDonald's and gyro stores. On Sunday, starting around 10:40am, walk over to watch the guards march down the side of the Parliament building to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier for changing of the guard. I would stay here again.

Very nice value stay! Smelled cigarette smoke the first night, but after that, the stay was very nice. Amazing location and clean room! I did not like the breakfast options but there is lots to eat in nearby restaurants.

Great location, in amongst lots of eateries, the area was alive with activity! Not far to walk to a supermarket and the markets. And only about 15-20 minutes walk from the Acropolis. Yummy breakfast :) The only down side was the bathroom was absolutely teeny tiny!

Early check in was no problem without requesting it. Excellent location and helpful staff. Bed was ok as were the pillows. But the hotel appears very dated, the room and bathroom clearly require an upgrade, as do the the halls and the lift. The room door would not lock, there was no signage posted anyway for emergency and fire escaping, nor a floor plan.

the location is perfect if you going out to acropolis area it only takes 10 minutes walking distance which is i liked the most. The problem is washroom was super small and condition of room wasn't that clean. Overall was ok but next time i dont wanna stay here.

This hotel is in an excellent location, I walked everywhere! Bonus that it's close to the X95 bus stop, made it incredibly easy to get there from the airport. Couple of minutes away are the tram & metro stops. Breakfast was included, basic but good. Enough to fuel up for a day of sightseeing. I would stay again if/when I come back to Athens

It's a really good hotel, right in the centre with a welcoming and helpful staff. I liked that my room didn't look over the street so was quiet. My only issue was air-condition: when it was on it was too strong even at the lowest setting, but when I opened the window there was a loud hum, which later I found out was a giant air extractor for aircon...

A nice location, right near the Plaka. Easy to find from the Metro, which we took into Athens from the airport. Front desk people were very helpful. Rooftop view of the Acropolis.

A decent hotel in the very heart of Athens, right next to Syntagma square. The location is better than the hotel itself, which is dated but comfortable. Breakfast is fine and the hotel staff members are very friendly and service minded and sorted out all requests very swiftly. The main drawback is noise from the corridor when you're in your room as the walls are very thin.

The best thing about this hotel is it’s convenient location. It is so close to Syntagma station and a very easy walk from Monastiraki station. You can walk to Plaka in minutes and easily walk to the acropolis. Our room had a view of the acropolis and was especially beautiful at night. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. The room was clean. The service was friendly. My only two complaints would be that the beds are very, very hard and at least in our room the only outlet was in the bathroom or the one that the fridge was plugged in to. Therefore, if you want to charge your devices, they have to be in the bathroom or you have to unplug the fridge. In either case, your charging devices will be out of reach of the bed. All told, our stay was super convenient, service was friendly, and Arethusa proved to be a great base from which to explore Athens.

A stop over to see family and friends. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall look and feel of the hotel. Very friendly staff. And the breakfast was of good quality under the current circumstances. Very convenient for the express airport bus. I would stay here again
