Enter to find a mudroom with heated floors, with the rest of the interior located upstairs. Kick back in the sunlit living area, detailed with a wood-burning stove and a sofa bed. Whip up delicious dishes in your full kitchen, or simply sip hot cocoa on the scenic private balcony. The bedroom includes a traditional bed and a loft with additional sleeping options.
Equipment rental shops and après-ski dining are just steps away from your slopeside setting. In warmer months, walk to the Bull of the Woods Mountain trailhead or hike to New Mexico's highest point - the Wheeler Peak trailhead is within a two-mile drive.

There is radiant heat in the mudroom and baseboard electric heat upstairs.
This vacation rental does not have air-conditioning.
Due to the narrow staircase/ladder and low headroom, the loft is best suited for children.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
