Other Important Information
You’re covered with $5,000 in All-Risk Damage Protection, so you can relax knowing that accidental damage is covered (unless specifically excluded, such as normal wear and tear, prior damage, or infestations). This eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit or rental damage insurance, offering you more convenience and peace of mind.

However, noise violations can result in a $1,000 fine from the city. Any noise-related infractions during your stay are your responsibility and are not covered under the damage protection.

House Rules
No smoking or vaping inside the house or within 15 feet of any doors or windows.
Dogs allowed only with prior approval and fees apply.
No parties or events without explicit permission.

Pool Rules
Do not remove the pool cleaner hose from the pool. Doing so will result in a $250 fine for damages.
If you wish to heat the pool to 88°F, there is an additional charge of $125 per night. Please request this at least 48 hours in advance to allow sufficient time for heating.
Setting the pool temperature above 90°F can damage the pool equipment and will incur a $250 fine.
There are no lifeguards on duty, and the owners are not liable for any injuries sustained while using the pool or other facilities on the property.
