Spacious luxury villa ideally designed to accommodate 2 or 3 families, each with their own private living spaces if needed. New furniture from early 2023!!
In a dominant position on the heights of Bormes les Mimosas, Villa “La Lavandière” is settled on landscaped grounds of 1900 m2, typically Mediterranean. This villa is truly ideal for enjoying, without a doubt, the most beautiful beaches of the Var and the French Riviera.
Resolutely facing south, the rooms & spaces of this villa opens onto two large terraces spread over two different floors, offering each a stunning panoramic view of the hills and the SEA. Only at 3 minutes by car from the center or just 20 minutes’walk from one of the most beautiful villages in France called “Bormes les mimosas” , 15 minutes from numerous wine estates and the beautiful Wine Route…. This villa is extremely well located for a great vacation with friends or family. For SEA lovers, the most beautiful beaches of the Var are 5-10 minutes max away by car. All shops are less than 2 km away such as le Lavandou center and its boutiques or the Provençal markets .
On the first level of the house , you will discover a large dining room of 30 m2, a large living room & equipped kitchen of 30m², opening onto a very big terrace with a terrific view of mountains and side SEA view.
As far as sleepings are concerned on this floor , you will find a master suite with double bed , a bathroom , douche & a toilet. There is also a2nd room of 30m², for 4 people (2 single beds and a bunk bed) . Both rooms are climatized.
On the lower level, you have direct access to the swimming pool (heated outside the summer season for an additional fee, on request) and which has an infinity SEA view, breathtaking!
On this level you will find : two climatized master suites both with direct access to the pool, as well as well as two additional bedrooms (including one for 2-3 children with bunk beds . A second kitchen with opening on the swimming pool completes this area.
In total, the house can accommodate up to 15 sleepings but it is possible to accommodate up to 19 sleepings people by reserving the T2 which is optional. This T2 is on the ground floor , independent apartment of +-30 m2 (which can accommodate 4 people, 1 double bed + sofa bed for 2 small children).
We only rent our house to families or groups of friends with children (or not) but we ask for a minimum of 2 adults over 35 years old. Parties with noise pollution are not accepted .

Located between the beach resort of Lavandou and the pretty hill town of Bormes les Mimosas, each of which was within 5 minutes by car. Convenient for supermarket, charcuterie etc. We were a family of 13 (grandparents, parents and grandchildren). Spacious house with plenty of room for all. Focal point for the children was the pool area. Although located up a hill some of us walked to the boulangerie each day without difficulty. Patricia and Bruno welcomed us and were on hand if we needed help or advice. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well equipped villa

…our stay was more than a holiday. The villa itself was all we needed and more. Enough parking for x2 cars. Electric gates and fob provided. We were a mixed age multi generational group. 1st floor had x2 bedrooms, toilet, kitchen, aircon In corridor and master bedroom. Lower floor had x4 bedrooms, separate toilet, aircon in corridor and x1 bedroom on ground floor. Door through to 2nd kitchen area which leads out to beautiful infinity pool. Sun beds by pool. Large dining area near pool. During our stay the pool was cleaned. It’s quite deep, there are steps but no hand rail. Pool is warm. Another comfy seating area by pool. The villa is on a hill with beautiful views. A car is handy to get to the supermarket. Villa owner very helpful and check in there is a local contact to help. We loved our stay and would love to stay again. Lots of room for a large party. Secure, shutters outside controlled inside. Aircon in some areas / bedrooms (not all). Queries were answered quickly. Location is stunning day and night. There were some wasps and mosquitoes when dining outside, we found eating later (9pm +) and they had gone. Many memories made. Short drive to supermarkets and restaurants. My eldest son found a local gym and walked there and back most days. Lots of plates, cups, pans, glasses, cutlery. There was a toaster, coffee machines but no kettle. We loved it, thank you for letting us share your amazing villa. Would love to return, love the Wood Family - July 2023

The property is very spacious and the outside living space was where we spent most of our time. The home is conveniently located to beaches, restaurants and close to the marina. It was large enough for our three families and we enjoyed the views of the mediteranean and the breeze from the terrace nightly. It was comfortable and the owner was very nice.
