The property was well maintained and just as described. There was plenty of room for 8 adults. We really enjoyed our stay. Reasonable walk to Eagle River. 30 minute Uber ride to Anchorage!

Very nice home. With a wonderful atmosphere. It was clean and had the all amenities as advertised. Outside deck and entry way in severe need of painting. Our Issues. 1. Carbon monoxide alarm went off two times causing a repair person to come out on a July 4th holiday week. We eventually removed it and placed it outside on the foyer. Told the owner who lives in Oklahoma. 2. No top sheets were provided until we requested them. 3. Pool cues had no tips. Requested repairs but it did not happen. 4. Down stairs tub and sink were partially clogged. Not much fun taking a shower in ankle deep water from a backed up drain.!! 4. Circuit breakers continuously popped. Forcing us to reset them and or reset GFI circuits. 5. TV in Master bed room could not be used,, it would not find a channel.

We had a group of 8 and had plenty of room. Big dining room and lots of comfortable room downstairs. Location was good. In between anchorage and Palmer.

Our stay at this place was amazing! It was spacious, clean, and well thought out to accommodate all. With shopping and restaurants nearby it’s easy to find food and food stuffs to accommodate everyone’s dietary needs. What made it even more spectacular was seeing a female moose and her twins roaming the neighbors backyard! We would stay here again!

This place is exactly how others have reviewed it- Very nice, large home. Convenient location! Perfect setup for family, with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. And 2 bedrooms downstairs with a shared bathroom.Stocked with games for game night and enjoyed the pool table! Washer/dryer came in handy!! Thanks for having a well stocked home! The place can use a larger 10-12 cup coffee maker, rather than the 5C -😂however… coffee was provided along with a variety of other hot drinks.(teas, hot chocolate..) Amazing!! Jeremy had quick response time for all of our questions!! Thank you Jeremy & Mai for sharing your home with our family- We truly enjoyed beautiful Eagle River, Anchorage and chasing the Northern Lights!

Beautiful home in a fantastic location. We visited in the winter and there was plenty of space for all of us to be indoors and not be on top of each other. The 2 upstairs showers didn't have warm water for our entire stay but host tried to get a plumber out ASAP. Fortunately, the plumber was able to fix the issue but, since we checked out a couple of hours later we didn't get to test it out. Overall it was a great home for what we needed.

Great place to stay. Very Clean. Enjoyed our stay very much. VRBO wouldn’t let me sign into my account and the owner made sure everything was OK. They sent us the info to check-in and made the process easy. Kitchen well stocked. Thank you for the wonderful place to stay. Barbara H.

The house has lots of amenities too enjoy, very comfortable. Only change I would do is add a 12 cup coffee pot as our group are coffee drinkers. Manager easy to work with and contact. Appreciate everything!

This is a really nice house! Big (way bigger inside than it looks on the outside) with a great backyard! A few things were broken inside the house but I informed the property manager and they knew already. Also, water and what appeared to be leaking pipes were in the laundry room, but otherwise it was a great stay.

Everything was what you would ask for in a rental. Very clean and spacious. Lots of amenities. The only thing I would suggest is better pillows on the beds and maybe a grill for cooking outside if allowed.

We had a wonderful visit to Alaska and this rental property was home base for us. It’s conveniently located and in a great neighborhood, close to Walmart for those forgotten essential items, too! The house was clean, spacious, and have games and toys for our kids. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!!!
