🏢 This T2 fully renovated and tastefully decorated in December 2022 by our team, on the 4th floor without lift consists of:
- a very bright living room ,
- a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room,
- a beautiful bedroom with a 160 cm bed
- a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.
- a small smoking balcony
🛌 The flat has 2 sleeping areas: a beautiful bedroom with double bed, and a sofa bed located in the living room.
⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as a TV, free wifi broadband connection, kitchen facilities (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not provided)), bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.
📺 The TV has a Smart TV : you don't have the TV channels, but you have all the streaming applications (Netflix, Youtube, etc.) - subscription not provided.
🔒 Following your booking: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our flats up to your expectations, all our bookings are guaranteed through a trusted third party "Swikly". After confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification ensures us a guarantee in case of incident in the flat, it does not lead to any debit or blocking on your credit card. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent and your reservation will not be refunded. Nb: This guarantee system is authorized by all our platforms.

🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
