This home is located on the second floor, with the carport below, offering plenty of space to spread out, just like being at home. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas provide room to relax, entertain, and make memories. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, large lounge chair, and flat-screen TV for movie or game nights. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and everything needed for cooking on vacation. Each of the four spacious bedrooms has its own flat-screen TV. Head down to the carport area to enjoy a meal with a cool Texas breeze!

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
