About this house rental
One story clean & bright cozy Adirondack home on a private lot with a lots of windows looking out to natures best. Unwind in the two person sauna after a day of skiing at Gore (25 minutes). Walk to Echo Lake Beach or drive 15 minutes to Bolton Landing, and only 10 minutes to Lake George Village. Snowmobilers take note! This house is just off the Warrensburg snowmobile trail with easy access to the main trail system from the power line around Echo Lake. Large horseshoe driveway with plenty of parking. Just unload and go! Stay toasty warm in the winter with whole house radiant floors (no basement) and temp cast radiant fireplace. Detox in the 2 person infrared sauna with light therapy in the heated garage. Sauna has an ozone cleaner and towels washed with bleach will be provided for your safety. New 5 -person hot tub too! Stay cool in the summer with central air and take a dip in nearby Echo Lake. Bring your kayak or paddle boards! Smokeless fire and plenty of Adirondack chairs to relax and unwind at night. Ping pong table in the heated garage. On a nice day, open the garage door and play! A $50 cleaning fee will be deducted at check out for each booking. We strive to uphold the strictest cleaning standards.

We had four people attending a class reunion and this was the perfect spot. Close to everything but felt remote and wooded. Although we didn’t use them, there was a sauna and a hot tub. We each enjoyed our own bedroom and enough bathrooms that there were never traffic jams. Would recommend this for families and friends who want to be together, but enjoy their privacy.

Beautiful home on a quiet lot. Home had everything we needed to make our family vacation enjoyable. Hot tub and ping pong table were a huge bonus for the kids. House was very clean, spacious and everything was labeled to make it easy to find things. Close to Lake George. Will definitely stay here again.

The house was a wonderful place to stay and recover from day out at nearby Lake George. Plenty of room and supplies for all our needs and nearby stores to quickly grab things we might have forgotten or needed extra.

We had an amazing time staying here during our recent family vacation to Lake George. It was secluded, quiet, clean, adorably decorated, and a lot of space. It was wonderful for everyone to have their own space at night after being together all day :P
The decor is adorable, the amenities were plentiful, the kitchen so well stocked.
I LOVED all the labels and notes everywhere, it was SO helpful not having to open and close everything to find what we needed.
It was spotlessly clean and we didn't need a thing!
I highly recommend this property for your next trip to the Lake George Area.

I must say your place is very beautiful, but I was very surprised to see that It really wasn’t cleaned properly before we got there. It felt like to me and my family that it was just opened up for the season and they forgot to vacuum all the cobwebs And insects in the corners. The rugs were a little dirty also too, and the place really smelled like wood fire smoke. I went to use the washing machine and it was covered in dust and dirt. The hot tub had way too much chlorine in it so it burned our eyes.
When I arrived by myself without the rest of the family, I wanted to take a shower and the water did not get very hot at all, even though it was hot water on demand. So when I tried to adjust the temperature, the handle for the shower fell off in my hand. I hate to be so picky, but these things are really important to me. One other thing that really didn’t sit well with me was all the stickers and all the notes. I know you have to deal with a different lot of people all the time, but it was very confusing. Notes on the table plenty for us. I must say, though, that Julie the host was very accommodating and gracious, and again I will say it is a beautiful place, but really needed the upkeep of cleaning and other issues.

The property is lovely, surrounded by trees. The house on one floor is spacious, airy, clean and welcoming. It is filled with amenities to make one's stay easy and comfortable. Information is readily posted to answer questions about using the hot tub, sauna, or any other appliance. Furnishings are comfortable, outdoor parking was close and convenient, and the ping pong table in the garage was fun! Even if it had rained on Eclipse Day, this stay would have been lovely. But the short drive to totality from this lovely home was totality heaven! We hope to return some day. Many thanks to the owners making this beautiful place a home away from home for us.

This house was a home run for us. Plenty of room to spread out, exactly as billed and we enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing.

Wasn’t impressed w the floor heating system. Unless we had a fire going 24/7, which we figured out we had to, the house was cold.

We had a lovely time at Julie’s house. The hot tub, sauna, and ping pong table were a hit! The fireplace was great on our cold visit. Nice touches like plenty of towels, soap, garbage bags, coffee and tissues. Beds were comfortable. A number ce place.

We are family from Ohio and Vermont who met up in Warrensburg to spend the long weekend together. The house was amazing and nice and spacious for our group. Everything was well labeled and very clean. The owners were very responsive with any questions or concerns that came up. We also really enjoyed the hot tub.

Four adults were in our group, but this home would be suitable for families as well. Would love to stay here again in the future!

My family stayed at this property to celebrate my 27th birthday! The house was spacious, clean and had amenities like the hot tub, sauna, and indoor wood fire stove! The house felt like home and owners were very responsive with any questions we had. Notes around the house made it so easy to find everything! I can’t wait to stay again!

Great property for our adult group. The bedrooms and multiple bathrooms enabled everyone to be comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub and well appointed kitchen. The owner was very responsive to questions and there were lots of notes and labels to help us find what we needed. We will return!

Clean, everything was organized and labeled, extremely coooozzy! Homey adirondack vibe.. loved having plenty of bathrooms for our small group. We ran out of time to use the sauna but the hot tub was great!

The house was perfect for our stay. We weren't at the house much as we had a family wedding nearby at Echo Lake Lodge, but being so close with lots of room worked out perfectly for us.

Overall our stay was great! Julie was responsive with any questions. Weird bubbling of flooring in one room that could be challenging for some folks to walk on but we just put kids in that room. Great location! Nice neighborhood.

Since we are seniors who like to gab, we spent a lot of time around the outside firebox. A metal or stone firepit would be nice. If the outside grounds were maintained it would make a better first impression. The surface in the backyard could be upgraded from sand, maybe gravel, astroturf, patio blocks, or other. Written explanations of thermostats and TV would be helpful. Garage was great for me to sleep in. Loved the smores touch and having keurigs and coffee in stock. Need shower mats because it was slippery.

Good size home in a quiet family neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of Lake George. We liked having a dishwasher, washer and dryer, hot tub and full kitchen. There were a few suggestions that we left for owners:
It needs a more thorough cleaning, but maybe it's due for a Fall cleaning;
A couple of ceiling lights apparently needed bulbs replaced in bathrooms;
Weeds needed cutting around the house.
All in all we enjoyed the house, though. Julie messaged us to check that all was satisfactory because we hadn't contacted her after we arrived. Nothing was important enough to have someone come and fix small issues we found. We just wanted to relax, as we had recently lost my husband. I'm sure Julie would have sent someone over if necessary.

We had an incredible experience at this lovely home! It was spacious and bright with beautiful decor. The hot tub, sauna and ping pong table gave us all something to do on days we didn’t leave the house. ☺️ Julie was very communicative when I texted with questions.

We were looking for an alternate option for Lake George lodging and found this location. It was so much more than our family of 4 needed, but gave us the opportunity to spread out and have a restful weekend stay.
One of the features we enjoyed was the short drive (although it would have been walkable if we didn’t have young children) to Echo Lake. There is a small beach area and a roped off swim area.
The vrbo property made it easy for us to enjoy meals in the spacious kitchen, and relax with the fire pit. We didn’t get to all the amenities, this time.
We hope to be back next year!

Your 15 minutes to lake george village and more. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, minutes to town. We were welcomed with a smore kit for the fire pit, and the hot tub was open and ready for use. 4 good sized bedrooms, comfortable mattress. 3 great bathrooms. Large kitchen, with things labled for easy use. Ping pong table as well! Beautiful large yard. A very warm and inviting home. The only few questions i had, Julie was amazing at responding. Definitely a house my family and i are renting agian .

The house is spacious and comfortable. Julie has the home stocked with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. She is a thoughtful and considerate host and my family had a wonderful time during our stay. We especially enjoyed kayaking in nearby echo lake.
