This was perfect! In town for our sister's funeral and this was the perfect home for me and my 2 brothers. Very clean and spacious for all 4 guests. Easy access to whatever we needed. Tho the reason for our visit was not ideal, at least we could all be together comfortably. Pricing was excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came to Abilene with family to move my son to college. We stayed a 2 days. The home was at a great location right next to a Walmart and lots of places to eat. The home was very clean and in very good condition. I had an issue with the television and the property manager came right over and fixed it. The communication was very good. I would definitely stay at this house again when I come see my son play football at the university.

Pros: Close to everything! Management and staff were fantastic. Cons: Issues with living room tv. Kitchen is under-stocked. Needs more forks and knives, dinnerware and more cookware. Outside back porch would benefit greatly if management would provide simple patio furniture to sit on.

Rating a 4/10 The home itself is a place with adequate space and sleeping arrangements for guests. So, a great space if all you need is a place to lay your head for a night, but I rated it a 4 because there was no toilet paper available. We had to purchase it ourselves, which is a little ridiculous. Also had to provide our own ice, as the ice machine on the fridge doesn’t work. I also wouldn’t advise using the kitchen to cook, as utensils available are pretty slim. So, if you plan to stay multiple nights, come prepared with your own basic needs/cookware. I also will state that one of the rooms had no air coming out of the air vent, no matter how cool we had set the thermostat. Vent was opened all the way. It was almost a sauna in that room. Manager WAS notified that evening and was ready to send maintenance over ASAP. So, hopefully that is fixed soon before next guests arrive.

We were in town to visit our daughter in college and extended family. The property was just what we needed. We had one minor issue that the owner addressed right away. My only recommendation would be to have a broom and dust pan available. Our youngest isn’t the neatest eater and a broom would have been helpful to clean up after her. 😀

The property was nice, in a fairly quiet meighborhood, close to restaurants and shopping. We had not bewn planning this trip for long, as it was for an unexpecred death in the family, we were able to book quickly and easily and was in close proximity to the services. We traveled from Arizona, ans were able to get in as soon as we arrived in rown. We appreciated our hosts.

Overall spacious, clean, and great price. House can improve with kitchen basics, dishes, dish soap, paper towels, and more pots and pans for cook. Most places have basic seasonings in the kitchen. Other than that overall great stay.

We showed up to the house to find cars parked in the driveway. I rang the doorbell and a man answered and I explained that i had booked the house. He then showed me where he had also. His booking occurred after mine. He also stated "the house is not very nice or provided very well as far as amenities ". I contacted the manager of the property who stated it was a glitch in the system. My money was refunded.

We were happy to find a place to stay that was cheaper than 3 hotel rooms for son's graduation. This house could use some updates. We found a dirty cup and fork in the sink upon arrival and found the microwave could be cleaned better. If you stay during the winter, bring extra blankets as there was only one, only 4 chairs in the kitchen (hard to sit 6 people for a meal or ganes) and only decaf coffee. Luckily Walmart is 2 minutes away so we went and bought blankets and coffee. The host was quick to respond to emails.

We had a wonderful stay! The only down side was dishes in dishwasher were dirty so only 1 coffee cup was clean. No way to start the dishwasher.... Would have liked additional chairs as we boked for 5 people and only 4 chairs at table. And maybe an outdoor grill/seating area. But other than that we had a wobderful time and the hpuse was very comfortable abd in a very nice neighborhood.

Good stay, but could use more towels and kitshen stuff. Only three cups of coffee for five days? Washingmachine locked up after one load - no easy was to contact property manager. Would stay again.

The house was clean. We had a nice time. My main complaint was the kitchen did have anything other than a couple of pots to cook with. No spices or basic essentials for cooking. All the other that I have stayed in had the necessities some spices things like that. It was overall nice and we had a great time visiting. We probably wouldn’t stay again just because when we have a get together with family and friends we like to cook and enjoy “family time”.

We had an issue getting in with the code but the owner came ASAP to get us in. Cleaning crew had locked the regular lock as well as the code. Also would be nice to have more Silverware and plates and cups. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty when we got there as well. Overall very nice, comfortable stay though! Owner very kind and receptive. Thank you!

Was in a perfect location for us. Kitchen could us some more silverware and pans. Needs some dish towels and hot pads. Try to bake frozen dinners and they were hard to remove from oven but overall met our needs.

This home was adequate, but there were absolutely no extras. Not a fork, paper towel, blow dryer (although the information stated there was one), ironing board or even an extra blanket or pillow to be had! The ice maker on the fridge did not work. In general, these are items we expected to find and actually needed, but we just managed without them. I definitely would not attempt to cook in that kitchen. If you just need a very basic place to lay your head, it is fine. I had to reach out to the owner to get instructions for checking in on the day we arrived because they did not communicate before, but they responded and it was not a big problem.
