Basic but good enough value

Very comfortable bed, good room clean provided after 2 days of a 3 day stay. The location was great - I liked Moutiers and found access to Courchevel easy by car.

An off season (Summer) stay. The short window - 5pm - 9pm for reception/arrival was a bit narrow, most hotels you can check in before 5pm and it wasn't very convenient with my early flight arrival. The location up a hill would have been made much better with a cut through walk from the car park towards town. The room was very hot in July weather and the window could not be left open at night at the same time as keeping the curtains drawn. The window needed a prop to stay open. The power points were not by the bed. The shower setting was very sensitive between too hot and cold. Wifi was too slow to be able to use my work laptop. The hotel is battered and has some very grubby areas around stairs, corridors and windows. The room is very basic. There's soap in the bathroom, and towels, but otherwise that's about it.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Nothing.

There was no staff present when we arrived and no staff there after 9.0 pm. We were asked to leave the lounge at 9.0 pm and it was locked. The receptionist was not helpful and not friendly.

Good hotel for an overnight on the road to the french ski resorts

Great parking, good location if you are on the move to the french ski resorts of tarentaise. The rooms are simple but clean and confortable. The breakfast is efficient and has all you need.

The exterior could be more lit and renovated.

David at reception was wonderful. He was friendly, accomodating and helpful. Rooms were clean. Bed was reasonably comfortable..

It was a tiny room, very very basic. No hairdryer or tea and coffee making facility in the room. The hotel was suggested by booking.com as a replacement for a booking that was cancelled at the last minute and so we didn't really want to stay in moutiers as it was too far from where we were meeting friends etc. This hotel was not of the same standard as our previous booking. It would be ok as a one night passing through hotel.

Very nice friendly staff and good location with lovely views at the mountains over the town yet close to the centre. Delicious and copious breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Constructive feedback- the room needs more furniture to put a suitcase on etc. Hairdryer in room would be best rather than reception. Bed side table is very small. Bed 'back' lights are a real nuisance as the green on/off light buttons stay on all the time, so if you like darkness at night, ask for a bedroom with actual side lights which other guests told me they had. Bottled water in the room could be a real plus. Generally a good hotel and with small improvements would be just right..

Convenient overnight stop before skiing

Convenient overnight stop before heading up to Les Menuires on Saturday morning after long drive from Calais. Staff were friendly and breakfast satisfactory. Free parking and easy to get to off the motorway.

Unfortunate that the restaurant / bar was closed on arrival but the walk down into Moutiers centre is only 10-15 minutes.
