This recently refurbished home is immaculate throughout, with homely touches in every room. Just a short walk to the sea, it's the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day at the beach or exploring this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The home has four comfortable bedrooms, all made up and ready for your stay with luxurious bedding, pillows and linen.
✔ 1 x bunk room with desk/study space (ground floor)
✔ 3 x king rooms (1 x ground floor, 2 x first floor)
The downstairs bunk room doubles up as a quiet study space, with a desk and lamp if you need to catch up on some emails. A further king room is found on the ground floor. There is a handy downstairs shower with WC to serve the ground floor rooms.
Upstairs you’ll find two light and airy king bedrooms, each with two large windows and an armchair.
All bedrooms feature:

★ BATHROOMS ★
As well as a downstairs shower room with WC, a spacious and modern family bathroom is found on the first floor. Both bathrooms have essential toiletries and soft towels.

The Neighborhood:
The house is a 10 minute walk north of East Wittering's pebble and wet sand beach. This beautiful part of West Sussex is popular with holidaymakers, with West Wittering's blue flag beach less than 5 minutes drive.
East Wittering village has plenty of cafes and restaurants as well as a fishmonger, butcher, pharmacy, barbers and greengrocers.
We are also fortunate in the area with numerous great pubs to choose from! The Lamb (West Wittering), The Shore (East Wittering), The Wittering (West Wittering), The Ship (Itchenor) and the Crown & Anchor (Dell Quay).
There are plenty of water-based activities such as kite surfing, kayaking and paddle board hire for the adventurous types in your group!
Chichester is 15 minutes drive. This popular, historic city with an array of bars, restaurants, pubs, shops and coffee shops is well worth a visit. It has a stunning cathedral and theatre.
If you're in the area for horse racing at Goodwood, Revival or the Festival of Speed, this home is a short 15 minute drive away.
Getting Around:
With lots of space to park in the driveway, driving to the house is a good option. But once you're here, you might find that you can leave the car parked up. So much is within easy walking distance, including the beach, cafes and grocery stores.
There are local bus services that connect you to West Wittering and Chichester. Or you can hire local cabs to get you where you need to go.
Chichester has a railway station that connects this part of the world with many other locations in southern England, including Brighton, Portsmouth, and London.
