This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

We stayed here for 3 nights and was not disappointed. The house was exactly as the pictures portrayed. I liked how the host included a visitors guide to help make our stay easier! On site parking was a big plus! Plenty of eateries within walking distance of the house! I will definitely attempt a rebook if ever we are in Charleston again.

Apartment well located for the attractions of downtown Charleston. The bathrooms could use some updating and the kitchen equipment is patchy, but the beds are comfortable and it is a handy pad for going out in the town. This is the downstairs flat so you do hear the upstairs people moving around.

Property is a short Uber away from downtown. It was clean. Everything you need was there. Contact with property manager was smooth.
I thought we rented the entire house, that is NOT the case. Either upstairs or downstairs. The backyard was not accessible through the home. You have to out and around.
The ac isn’t that cold despite a ac filter change.
Awesome to have our dogs stay with us there. There’s a few restaurants within walking distance.

The house was very nice and very clean. The only issue is the front bedroom is very bright from the street lights. I actually had to go buy room darkening curtains to sleep.

We had a great stay. The house needed a couple of items and the host provided them right away. Communication with David was excellent. We were 3 couples. It was a short Uber drive to the Festival at River Front Park. Walking distance to King Street. City market was 1.3 miles away. We would definitely consider the house again if we come back.

The location was phenomenal with an awesome coffee shop a block away! The kitchen and baths were dated, but functional. Bring an eye mask if you’re sensitive to light while sleeping- hopefully the owners are adding curtains or room darkening shades to block the streetlights.

We stayed here for a few days. The place was very close to everything, short walks to King Street and Meeting Street. A fun walk to the aquarium. We stayed with a 1 year old and had everything we needed. Would stay again!

This apartment was in a nice location, but honestly has not seen any renovation,? Ever. There are very few if any real amenities. Electrical plugs are hard to find and are typically on the floor and nowhere near the bed. A breaker tripped at least five times after turning the floor heater on (central heat is fairly inadequate) it was quaint, but a little too sparse for me. I think three stars might be an overstatement.
