The home was just as advertised, we enjoyed our stay would stay again. The community was nice and there was no issue with entering. The management was very responsive giving instant assistance and response. The home was close to shopping and resturants

First, I want to thank Mr. Gonzalez for all of his help before our stay. He is very kind and patient, and addressed our questions in a timely manner. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. We had more than enough space for our 13 family members. We all especially enjoyed the pool. We highly recommend this home. It is in a great location.

The property is top notch - as advertised. It's in a gated community and in a quiet neighborhood. The property manager, Javier, was professional and easy to communicate with. This would be my go-to place in Kissimmee, in the future. Will recommend this property to everyone. Love it.

I and 25 family members take an annual vacation to commemorate my late grandmother's birthday. This was the BEST VRBO we have had the pleasure of booking. The pictures are completely accurate, the host was incredibly accommodating, the location was PRIME, and the home was spotless. I highly recommend it!! Thank you Javier!!!

Property was perfect. Kitchen could use small glasses and toaster. 1 TV did not work. Everything else was good. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks

I was TRIPLE BOOKED. When I arrived with 16 other guests on the way as well, there was another family already there. I called the host, he claim he didn’t realize I was triple booked, called Vrbo and canceled my booking. Vrbo DID NOT find me another rental and demanded that I give them more money to book for another night. The host had 5 other properties, but apparently all of them were booked and he couldn’t help. Vrbo refused to let me speak with a manager or provide any help. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS MAN OR VRBO PERIOD. They displaced 16 people for 3 days and did not care to find us another home. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

The house is exactly as described. From the outside I couldn’t see how all those bedrooms fit, but they did. The place was great for our group of 11 adults.

Had family over for a gathering of birthdays. House was very accommodating. Zero complaints, Javier was readily available for any questions or concerns with quick responses. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

12 guys. 12 bedrooms. Awesome! It is new condition. Everything was working and clean. If you are looking for a place that is essentially a great room that can hold twenty people. And a bunch of bedrooms. This place is perfect. Plenty of room for 12 of us to play poker together at the kitchen table. Great room downstairs and upstairs. Note: Of the 12 bedrooms. Only like 8 of them have en-suite bathrooms. A couple of bedrooms share a bathroom. On another positive note, one of the twelve of us was a first time attendee (and the son of someone)….so he got the princess bedroom with bunk beds all to himself. I would rent this place again.
