El día del check out nos dejarón quedarnos en el hotel con el almuerzo grátis. Todo un detalle. Excepcional el servicio de animación del hotel. Volveremos a repetir. Gracias.

Great location, close to main beach and shopping areas, particularly the main hub of Playa del Ingles. Also close to bus stops/bus station to travel to other areas of Gran Canaria.
Staff were fantastic and rooms and hotel generally extremely clean.
Entertainment for children and adults throughout the day and night.
Good size pool with plenty of space for everyone and loads of sun beds.
Food was good, plenty of choice at meal times.
Not really any snacks, certainly not the level of snacks available at other hotels I’ve stayed at. Snacks are just sandwiches (which no real choice of sandwich), some small muffins sometimes and very small ice creams.
Other hotels tend to offer lots of fruit, with basics like chips, hotdogs etc for the kids as snacks.
Only a few drinks included in all inclusive, most you have to pay extra for which defeats the purpose of going all inclusive. May as well go full or half board and just pay for what drinks you have as probably would work out cheaper unless you tend to drink loads which most people didn’t.

After a 29-year break, we returned to this very same hotel, not knowing what to expect. I'll be honest this hotel is nothing without the staff that helps run this amazing place. Without question, the best staff I've ever had the pleasure to know. They are hard-working, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I think the hotel chain should be very proud of the staff from the management to the guys cleaning the complex. All of them are amazing. Everything else from the pool to the food and rooms are amazing, but like I said it's this hotel staff throughout our stay that have made this 50th birthday of mine the best holiday I think I've ever had. And I've been to over 100 hotels in my life, so that's saying something. We were never planning on coming back after this visit, but our new friends who help with the entertainment and management have made us want to plan a returning visit later this year. We have made friends for life here.
A BIG THINK YOU TO YOU ALL. Especially to Andrew, Roberto, Pavliana, Irene, Haridian, Joel, and Patrick. Thank you all so much. PAUL, GARY ,MARC, SEAN, AND TONY.
There is nothing bad i can say about the hotel, but we stayed here when 90% of the guests were German.
Unfortunately, they are very rude, pushing in lines, looking down on the staff, etc, and i believe they didn't give the staff the respect they deserve.
I didn't like their attitude at all. They should take a good hard look at their attitude towards other people from other countries .

The staff was super friendly and welcoming.
The food is really low quality.

Some of the staff members were nice. Some serving staff are very kind, Antione the manager is a genuine guy and also appreciate Fabienne the Relationship Manager reached out, when there was a problem. Roberto from animation team is a genuine guy. Also couple of other reception staff is nice and very kind towards needs of families.
There are plenty of things not to like about this property.
- Food is horrendous and mundane. So if you are staying for a long stay, then best is not to book Full Board or Half-Board. Its very repetitive.
- If you are vegetarian, look else where. Apart from frozen cooked Pizzas, Salad and Potatoes, there is hardly anything you can eat.
- Terrible Animation, especially Bryan is someone you want to avoid. Poor attitude towards guests and very disengaging for kids.
- Very poor pool staff / lifeguards.
- Worst sun-bed reservation policy, which doesn't work and the team has no idea how to resolve issues. They put guests in terrible situations to resolve issues.
- Avoid Heiko from front office. One of the worst attitudes I have seen.
- Child play area is very basic, with no arrangement for family needs.

good location
the food was not good, just passable, and the drinks were not acceptable, the so cheaply made we could not enjoy a single one. even the soft drinks and beer. cocktails were a mixture of a horrible syrup with a cheap alcohol served in a plastic cup

Very good location, close to the beach. Private parking was very convenient. The food during lunch and diner contained a lot variety and was very tasty. We appreciated the large clean room and the well maintained outside garden and swimming pool.
Some suggestions for improvement:
- The alcoholic beverages (cocktails, wine) included in all inclusive package were not good. We brought our own wine to the restaurant and paid for a la carte cocktails. Also a good coffee in the morning would be welcome.
- Bathroom is in need of renovation (rotten door and mold smell)
- The beds could be a bit softer
However, I feel that despite these suggestions, we received good value for what we paid.

Nice pool, close to the beach
Some very rude staff. One chef laughed in my face and walked off when we were trying to discuss the lack of vegetarian options for the 4th day running.

Very well located. No frills and clean.
The food missed labeling.

It was possible to get early breakfast before departure!
The location is not very good, it is close to the main road. The pool is small considering how many people it's meant to be for. The food is not very delicious. And there were cockroaches in our room, we had to change it two times, since in the next room there were cockroaches again! Fortunately we could change the rooms but it was all in all a very unpleasant and not very recommendable stay! Compared to other 4 star hotels we don't know how this hotel gained the four stars..
And everything was very worn down and old and in the first room there was not even hand soap.. in the others there was.

I loved the staff members, everyone was just so lovely, always nice, so very helpful without even asking. The rooms were great (spacious, bright, modern, super clean including bathroom) and so was the food (good selection, great taste like it was homemade), but it was the people who made my stay extra special.
honestly cannot think of anything

In a good location and the pool is nice. Rooms are modern and comfortable.
Definitely caters for the older generation. Food and drink choices are limited. There is little ventilation in the restaurant which unfortunately makes your clothes smell! The quality of the wine is awful!

nice location, close to the beach and a short bus/taxi drive to Maspalomas. However the dunes are not in walking distance as stated in the hotel description. Staff was very nice and friendly.
Quality of rooms was bad, old facilities and very worn out. Buffet was ok but bet you can have better food in Spain. Low quality ingredients and not many healthy options. Melon was more tasteless than the one you find in northern Europe. Would not go for all inclusive again. Kids swimming pool was not heated.

The property was easy to get to and check in was smooth. Our room was close to the reception, pool and bars which was perfect for our one night stay.
One of us made use of the pool which was clean, not crowded and rather refreshing in the heat. We both made use of the pool bar and the restaurant for snacks, evening meal and breakfast.
The drinks were great, they did not scrimp on the amount of alcohol given to you. The snacks on our stay were hot dogs/ burgers and fries. We tried just the hot dogs and fries which were fine.
The evening meal was a little limited to one of us due to a medical condition, but the fresh fruit and salad that was available was perfect. We both managed to find something to eat. The wine in the restaurant was lovely - went down too easily.
Breakfast was also okay, we were able to have cereal, fruit and hot food. It’s just a shame we were leaving early for an excursion as we would have liked to have enjoyed breakfast and the hotel a little longer than the 16 hours we were there.
The room was huge! The shower was powerful - we both made us of having two showers each. The little patio outside our room was fantastic. We made good use of that in the evening with us taking it in turns to walk to the entertainment bar whilst still keeping our distance away from people.
Apart from the two single beds pushed together which was a little disappointing, we would return if ever in Gran Canaria again.
My only gripe would be two single beds pushed together as a superior room! Please just have one king size/ queen size bed. The single beds were a bit of a let down and would have put us off if we were staying for a week.

Very good food and availability of options! I am very specific about my food choices (limited refined carbs and added sugar consumption) and the options they had satisfied me very well! The food was also pretty tasty. My friend and I were also pleasantly surprised by the New Year dinner and the events organized at the hotel.
There were only two single beds together but I'd prefer one double bed.

we liked the very large rooms , hotel was very clean , all the staff at the reception were nice there was nobody rude to us.
the only thing we had a problem with was the food unfortunately. had the best holiday ever and we loved the hotel but the food really let this place down. there was only about 6 choices of hot food, they need to extend the hot food area with more choice and definitely upgrade there breakfast to more choice like proper sausages , hash browns , other various items but instead they had 2 of the same scrambled egg containers which they could have made different.

oh my goodness! the food is absolutely amazing. compliments to the chef, and on the open buffet you eat as much you can. it’s what I did 😅 because you just can’t stop when food is so delicious and large variety!
bathroom was very old, door was showing damages of water. but no big deal in general.
4.0 / 5.0
Huge rooms, very clean, comfortable, close to beach, staff hard working and friendly.
Food was of a good quality but lack of variation. Dishes repeated again and again. Mostly very bland food.
No Mâitre D’ to welcome people for meals.
Guests reserving sun beds and not using them (problem everywhere, but it’s time for hotels to put something into action to stop this).
Mostly older people in the hotel and very few under 50s (again, not the hotel’s fault, but had we known this, we would’ve stayed somewhere with a younger clientele).
Smell of sewerage in the entertainment area outside.
3.5 / 5.0
Gardens were nice Entertainment acts reasonable Staff exceptionally hard working
Food and smell in restaurant alays smelled of cooking on your clothes not enough ventilation
