We checked in for a quick one night stay. Room was very nice and spacious, and seemed clean. But then I saw it; a roach on one of the nightstands. We told the woman who checked us in, and she was very sweet and quite surprised since it's a newer hotel. She said it may have come in through under the door, since there's a nice sized gap. She immediately switched us to another room, also very nice and quite large! It was in a little alcove area, so we were happy, thinking we'd get a nice quiet night of sleep. Wrong! We kept hearing some kind of noise from right outside, like a tapping. Then at around 2a.m. we heard a CLACK CLACK CLACK CLACK that scared us half to death; turns out we were right next to the electrical room. And, the light outside is so bright, it looked like daylight in the room all night long; maybe install light blocking curtains?! So, no sleep for us, and we had a funeral to attend the next day, so needless to say, it wasn't a great trip.

It’s a pretty nice hotel, of course there are certain things that could be better like the noise level in the area, but that is really out of their control. Overall, I had a really good stay.

The property was horrible. The first day our water turned off. They don't have anywhere for you to eat breakfast. Its far from all our activities and the personnel at the front desk was very RUDE. We had to ask for tissue everyday and towels. I wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE.

Customer Service was A1 & the rooms are really beautiful (you'd never know that from looking at the outside)!

Breakfast was good, service was great everyday, manager was nice.
