Excelente limpieza y muy lindo lugar. La mayor parte del personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar (con una sola excepción).
Algunas instalaciones no funcionaban como era de esperarse (la pileta climatizada estaba apenas tibia por ejemplo) y el WiFi llegaba con dificultad a algunas zonas de la habitación. La ubicación no es buena.

La ubicación y el WIFI directamente no funciona. Todos los huéspedes se quejaron que no había señal y yo tuve el mismo problema. Venden la habitación con servicio de wifi pero es un engaño. No conecta nunca a la red y si conecta no hay señal.

Las habitaciones son excelentes, muy bien insonorizadas con muy lindas vistas. La cama es muy comoda. La ubicacion es muy buena para ir en auto. No se encuentra tan congestionada y es de facil salida para recorrer.
Se podria incluir con la estadia algunas capsulas de cafe o aguas en el frigobar

The property is new. Everything is in excellent condition. It's right next to the cruise terminal. We stayed there for a night before our cruise. Brought with us something to cook our dinner.
Nothing. But it might not be ideal for people wanting to be in or close to the city. No restaurant around. Its cafe is closed on Sat and Sun. The property can arrange transport to the city center.

It appears the hotel is connected to a residence and some people May feel weird about that, but from what I’ve seen, that’s pretty common in accommodations in Buenos Aires

La ubicación, fui con mi hijo de 9 años, y no pudimos salir a cenar, xq es muy peligroso, salir y volver.. casi nadie te lleva la comida. No hay nada por el barrio, y no tiene desayuno.. el q ofrecen es carísimo, completo, pero muy caro, igualmente no tuvimos opción, pedimos 2

Leider etwas abseits der Innenstadt. Mit Uber aber kein Problem. Hat keine Bar, kein Restaurant. Das Frühstück wird im Café nebenan serviert, ist aber ein einfaches continental breakfast, Tasse Café, ein Orangensaft, ein Croissant, eine Scheibe Käse und Wurst. Da besorgt man sich lieber selbst etwas.

Awful smell in the bathroom, untrained staff, they couldn't said information about facilities: SPA and Pool in Hotel. Breakfast is really poor and served in caffe outside hotel. In the Day of checkin Pool didn't work.

La habitación era amplia, luminosa y muy bien decorada
Tuvimos varios problemas, la ducha salia un hilto de agua y bastante tibia, un desastre para lo que cuesta el hotel. El chico de la recepcion un desastre, le pedi q me ayude xq la TV no funcionaba, ( los canales de aire no se ven… solo se puede ver x internet, que NO estaba conectado… y solo el “auxilio” era por wp). La clave de acceso al otro día no funcionaba y no podíamos ingresar a la habitación. Tuvimos que llamar, vineron nos abrieron con su tarjeta pero nunca nos llamaron para darnos la solucuion, ni una tarjeta, tuvimos que bajar nosotros … Al ingresar ( viernes a las 19 hs)consulte x un lugar para desayunar y me contesto el chico de la recepcion que no me preocupara que el cafe de al lado podia tomar un cafe y comer algo, resulta que el sabado cuando fuimos estaba cerrado y el mismo chico de la recepcion me dice “ah si los fines de semana esta cerrado el cafe” LAMENTABLE SI NO SABEN DAR SERVICIO QUE SE DEDIQUEN A OTRA COSA… es MUUUUY CARO.. relacion precio vs servicio… NUNCA MAS

Me gusto el sector de la piscina y la habitación. Además que me permitieron dejar un paquete que luego buscaba mi sobrina, algunas personas del alojamiento fueron muy amables otros no lo suficiente para atencion al publico.
El desayuno es en la esquina, no es buffet, tiene opciones y listo. Lo malo fue que los findes no esta disponible, lo cual no nos avisaron. Y LO PEOR FUE QUE NO TENIAN OPCION GLUTEN FREE E INFORME EL PRIMER DIA Y NO LO SOLUCIONARON, NUNCA ME BRINDARON LA OPCION.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la habitación tan cómoda y la vista al rio desde el balcón
Mejoraría el desayuno, es muy selectivo podrían agregar variedad o dar opciones a elegir, en cuanto al spa deja mucho que desear, no tenían masajista disponible, y algunos hidros no funcionaban, estaría bueno que agreguen otros servicios en el spa como tratamientos faciales, masajes con piedras calientes entre otros.

La ubicación, estrictamente xa ir en auto.
La habitación se inundó xq la mampara del baño (que daba a la habitación) no estaba bien sellada.
Además; habitación muy ruidosa, tanto por los ruidos exteriores como proveniente de otras habitaciones, algunas que no pertenecen al hotel, por lo que no se puede hacer nada.
A tener en cuenta que el edificio en sí mismo no es un hotel, sino algunas de las habitaciones son destinadas a tal fin.

O quarto é muito confortável, chuveiro e cama ótimos, cortina blackout.
O primeiro contato que tive com o hotel foi um recepcionista que falava inglês e foi muito cortes, informou que tentaria um early Check in, pois chegamos às 6:30 da manhã no hotel, e a região não tem nada para se locomover a pé, a não ser o café do lado. Fomos na cafeteria ao lado, deixamos nossas malas no hotel; e quando voltei já era outro atendente, grosseiro… questionei sobre o horário que liberaria um quarto, ele disse que estava limpando e mandaria mensagem! Voltei a cafeteira e cheguei às 14:00 novamente no hotel, foi quando fui extremamente mal tratada! O atendente disse que não poderia entrar antes das três, e eu questionei que estava desde as 8:00 esperando, que já poderiam ter me avisado antes, veio uma moça de óculos, mais mal educada e grosseira e disse, “qm falou que poderia? Eu estava aqui às 8:00?” Disse a ela que estava antes das oito, o que se fato estava, olhando os horários vi que cheguei de Cabify às 6:30. Ela respondeu super grosseira, só poderá entrar às 15:00!
Não vejo problema algum que não possa fazer early check in, até porque por mensagem ao booking fui informada que poderia ser feito dependendo da disponibilidade. O que me deixou muito chateada foi ser tratada daquela maneira, justamente horário de check in são os funcionários mais mal educados!
Não voltarei devido ao rapaz e a moça de óculos.
O atendente da manhã das 6:00 e um que estava por volta das 22:00 super gentis.

Fiz uma reserva, paguei antecipado e cheguei no hotel de madrugada, as 2:00 da manhã e não consegui me hospedar porque o hotel estava cheio, ou seja, venderam mais do que tinham de disponibilidade e eu fiquei de madrugada, cheia de mala e sem nenhum apoio.

The Hotel is combined with private apartments and the spa located in the other tower. Not too bad but a bit weired.

If you are using Booking to reserve your stay, pay attention to the payment policy which is non-refundle and pre-charged and for some reason charged in US dollars. This is double the amount you should pay in ARS.
After we asked to cancel the charge in $ and charge us with ARS, they evantually agreed. Thank you.

Honestly I loved everything about this place! I’m a big fan of the Hilton’s, but honestly the room here beat that! The room was beautiful, with cooking hobs, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, fridge, mini bar, smart TV, balcony, 2 or 3 tables, a sofa, 4 chairs and a bed bigger than my future! The room was so amazing that it could actually cause “cabin fever” as we once stayed a full 24 hours in the room without leaving because it was so cosy! The whole place is huge and has everything, e.g. a complete fitness centre and even a Pilates studio, 2 x pools, sauna, steam rooms, massage room and beautiful toilets in the spa. Just walking down the corridor makes you feel that you are really staying in a beautiful hotel that changes your mood and makes you feel happy. They provided free breakfast aswell and the maids were so lovely! It is honestly the sort of hotel that in the future I can imagine would have shows on a beautiful bar and restaurant that people, because it’s so big with great facilities everywhere. Also the price is amazing and there is no plot twist, they charge you in pesos and not USD, so it is actually the price that booking.com says and not double!
They don’t have restaurants besides it, however, the place is only like a 15 minute walk to the start of the centre and at night you can just take Ubers, which were cheap. I would still say in it’s a good location and 100000% well worth the stay for its location! It is definitely an upcoming area, with developments in place in the area. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, which I think would be an amazing idea given that there aren’t any besides it. However, obviously it is a brand new hotel and you can tell they probably spent their money on making the hotel so beautiful, so maybe in years to come they will have a restaurant! Check in also took long as there was only one lady checking us in, however, given it’s a brand new place I’ll allow this!

It completely exceeded expectations, especially for the price. It would be an absolute ten if it weren't for the area, which is not bad either, just not ideal. The studios are beautiful, the staff is excellent, and it is a luxurious brand-new building with beautiful amenities.
The area is not ideal, but it's well worth it since the hotel is amazing.
