About this apartment rental

This secluded and beautiful villa offers panoramic views of the surrounding valley, nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Manduria. Greet the sun up on the rooftop terrace with some yoga, or take in the panoramic views of the valley with your morning coffee before heading down to prepare a home-cooked breakfast. Enjoy meals at the dining table or alfresco by the pool, whether they’re cooked in the fully-equipped kitchen or out on the barbecue. The only difficult decision you'll make during your stay is how to spend them – it's all too easy to let the hours melt away as you lie back on the sun loungers under the sun, or float in the calm waters of the infinity pool. If you need to get a little remote work out of the way, worry not – set yourself up at the dining table, and the large windows at this home bring the sunlight flooding into the living spaces, making the transition between outside and in seamless. This home is perfect for nature lovers wishing for beach days in the sun. You'll be just a short drive from an array of wonderful beaches, including Punta Prosciutto, Torre Colimena, and Porto Cesareo, plus the natural reserve of the river Chidro where you can bask in nature and swim at the mouth of the river. In the evening, gaze up at the stars from the comfy hammock or with the telescope. Home truths: *There is space on the driveway at this home to park up to ten cars *You may need to bring your own high chair here if you have little ones *This home is spread over three levels, with two bedrooms downstairs and a two on the mezzanine level, so may not be the best choice for guests with limited mobility *At full capacity, there may not be enough seats at the interior dining table for everyone *There are two outdoor showers at this home *The swimming pool here is unfenced, so children should be supervised at all times *There isn't a dedicated desk at this home, but the dining table can double as a laptop-friendly workspace
