Some basic Rules: - A one-time prep fee of $100 is charged for every rental to cover professional cleaning & required maintenance checks before pick up.. - Pet policy: We allow pets but with a $50 per day charge and an additional $100 cleaning fee. Renter's responsibility: - Refill the diesel fuel - If left short, A $10/gal will be charged - Dump the waste prior to return - Failing to do so will incur a $150 surcharge - NO muddy shoes inside the RV. We will provide you with an outdoor carpet. We allow a party of 5 campers max. An extra 2 campers are allowed under special circumstances for $50/person per day. Early pick-up or late drop-off upto 3hours will be allowed and charged $75. Anything beyond that will be charged as a complete day rental.
