Never again

There was no heating and no hot water. The kitchen was shared and disgusting

Nice room- however needs improvements

Room was nice looked cosy and comfortable and spacious

Balcony had no furniture despite being advertised- furniture was cheap, slats kept falling off bed had to keep putting them back on. Not enough pillows on bed. Cleaning staff loud, shouting in corridor’s, Swearing and laughed in face when asked to quiet down because we were sleeping. Advertised late check out on guest portal however was told this isn’t an option. Called customer services, advisor was rude and inexperienced.

Stayed with family to go to concert at Riverside.

Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable. Owner popped in to check everything was okay as the property has just been refurbished - was ideal for what we wanted.

Excellent

Clean, tidy , effortless check in , room cleaned on second day. Room perfect . Comfy beds. Tv with Netflix. Great location. Everything you need in the kitchen area. Heating always on for the cold nights. Top top quality accommodation. Definitely be staying again . And recommended anyone else to do so

Very Morden and a nice cosy place to stay and amazing for it’s for its value for money welcomed by the owner showed us round asked if we needed anything very helpful couldn’t of had a better experience definitely be staying again couldn’t recommend it more☺️

Perfect stay 👍

Spot on place to stay 👍 The location is a busy main road with double yellow lines all around but there is a Go Local shop directly opposite with a few parking bays and we were able to park there overnight no problem. The door keyless locking/unlock pad took a bit of working out but once we realised you put in your code number then press the bottom right padlock unlock key button it was straight forward every time. Room is spotlessly clean( we had Room 1 with en suite bathroom) and nice and modern. Bed was comfy and shared kitchen was an added bonus for plates and cutlery and storing drinks/food in the refrigerator. There's even a washing machine and microwave if needed! We saw there was breakfast included when we booked but when I Googled the cafe where you get it (Sanctuary Coffee House just 60yards up the road) it said it was closed on Sundays,but when Steve (the owner) called me to check everything was ok once we arrived he told us that it would be open for us in the morning! It was spot on also and the girls couldn't do enough for us and were even unwilling to accept a tip for their service but I persisted and they eventually relented! Overall a fantastic place to stay can't recommend it enough and will definitely be back when in the area again. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Was not satisfied with room amenities, toilet facilities and room itself

The entering and exit system was good.

I was told on booking.com breakfast free ll be served but there was no breakfast. There was no mention of shared bathroom on booking.com. Room lacked facilities like closet and other furniture like chair. Just a bed and tv and a small table with a kettle. For 80£ in Any hotel I would have gotten separate toilet/shower with basic room amenities like

Terrible sleep

The owner was nice and helpful and showed me the entrance. The place and facilities were very clean. Close to the hospital. Bed was comfy.

Very noisy location and thin walls. Constant alarms from the front door not being closed or people not knowing the access code or trying to open the door whilst drunk. Loud street with music and ambulances/police driving by. No hand soap, no toiletries as advertised. Breakfast didn’t start til 8:30 (too late for a work day). Area in general feels very unsafe, and concerning that other people may know the access codes. Not all rooms have a desk as in the pictures.

A great stay after some initial reservations

A series of 5 brand new apartments furnished to a good standard and all with excellent tv's that have netflix, YouTube etc. Some are en suite but all have a small cloakroom. One has a small outside veranda with sliding doors. There is a good sized brand new shared toilet and shower room and a large, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dryer, oven ,microwave etc. There is a free breakfast included in the price that can be obtained from a local cafe(The Sanctuary) a 100yds away which provides absolutely lovely food.

Difficult to locate due to lack of signage(although I believe that this is being rectified). Located in a fairly 'lively' area in a residential suburb that may not be everyone's cup of tea. Apartments are located on the first floor with steep steps

I received no clear communication from the property regarding dietary requirements and property entry details. I was instead directed to an online Web assistant who did not reply to any enquiries other than an auto generated reply with Web links offering no concrete communication. Upon arrival, we were unable to contact a person directly to ascertain the property entrance. The contact number provided is a recorded message using a London prefix merely directing to a voicemail service. The area was not safe to park and, given the ambiguous and unsatisfactory nature of the booking experience, booked The Hilton for the purpose of the stay. An auto generated message has been sent stating that we utilised the booking when, in actuality, this was not the case. This is my first and hopefully final negative experience using Booking.Com. I would recommend investigating the property organisation as, in my opinion, monies were taken under spurious circumstances.

i didnt stay and booking.com has defrauded me of my hard earned money.

I didn't stay at the property and I asked for a refund which i have not received. We were outside of the property for 5 hours waiting for access to the property.

Exceptional

Steve was an unbelievable host that made our stay 5 star from the booking until we left. Upon arrival, there was optional sun beds for us to use, optional breakfast all for free and then any small requests were dealt with by Steven! The apartment itself was immaculate and a had modern setting - perfect for anyone! The toilet and shower facilities were also top notch and I felt at home. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely be staying again!
