It was a waste of money !!!!
That we had a place to rest for a few hours
The humidity in the room was terrible and laying in bed we were wet:( the hotel is under construction and was messy. Just a waste of $100 dollars to rest for a few hours. The breakfast was pretty lame also.

The stay was terrible because of the way booking.com and the hotel handled the situation.
Breakfast was fine. The staff was friendly.
We had major issues going on with the payment and I, the customer, was left still paying for two rooms because there was a dispute with an online credit card or whatever it's called that could not be resolved between the hotel and booking.com that left me out of $224 that I still have not been reimbursed for. This caused a delay in two of the rooms so we sat there for hours in the lobby with no room at no fault of our own...again only being resolved by me paying for two rooms that I had already paid for. Both businesses, the hotel and booking, will not get my business again and I will let every coach, teacher, parent, athlete, and family member know about this experience. i know i've personally bought dozens of people to booking.com and for their response to be what it was toward my situation was sad.

Nice property but can't tell who's staff also ask if elevator is working.
I liked the cleanliness
The elevator was broken. Upon check in I was not told where the elevator was so when I came back i asked and was told where to go. I got on the elevator pressed 3 and it took me up to the third floor. Once there the door would not open. I pressed the open door button several times, then pressed 1 to go back down and nothing happened. I pressed the call button and an operater came on and got my information. It took about 45 minutes for the elevator to operate again. It took me down to the first floor where a seemingly random person walked by as I got off and turned the corner. She asked was I on the elevator and I told her yes and she mentioned there should have been a sign on it like she knew it was not operable or not ready for use but someone forgot to put up a sign. I was looking around for staff to explain what happened with the elevator but not knowing she was indeed staff i simply asked her where were the stairs were abd she walked with me to the stairs never identifying herself as staff. It was a scary experience being trapped in the elevator but I was able to remain calm. With this being a new property I'm not sure if they will be working more on the lighting but in the room there was only 2 light switches, one at the entrance and the other in the restroom. Another one in the sitting area and another in the sleeping area would have been helpful to turn on lamps for walking through. The outside doors in the hall were very loud shutting throughout the night. There was a space between the bottom of the door and the floor where you could see light coming through which may have been why hall activity was so loud. All the noise after the elevator experience made me very jumpy and I barely slept that night. None of the staff was dressed in a way that made them easily identifiable. The seemingly random person that met me after getting off the elevator after it it was stuck was the person who checked me out.

Reasonable hotel for the money. No thrills accomodations.
I likes the fact that breakfast was included and the room was comfortable
The hotel was still undergoing construction/renovations so it seemed that the staff were not fully aware of how everything worked. Each day we had a problem with our room key and each day needed to have it reprogrammed.

our only option on graduation weekend, $400 for a very mediocre stay.
cereal and fruit, unappetizing
not informed that the hotel was being renovated while we stayed there. it appeared to be an older hotel that was being gutted and painted. we had hot water and clean linens, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean but furniture was old and carpets threadbare in places.
